HANOVER, N.H. (AP) Dusan Neskovic scored 21 points and Dartmouth defeated Harvard 76-69 on Tuesday night hours after the team voted to unionize.

Earlier in the day, the Dartmouth men’s basketball team took an unprecedented step toward forming the first labor union for college athletes. The players voted 13-2 to join Service Employees International Union Local 560, which already represents some Dartmouth workers. Every player on the roster voted.

On the court, the Big Green (6-21, 2-12 Ivy League) ended a nine-game losing streak.

Neskovic also contributed six rebounds. Jackson Munro added 14 points and nine rebounds. Jayden Williams had 11 points and shot 3 of 6 from the field, including 3 for 5 from 3-point range, and went 2 for 3 from the line.

The Crimson (14-13, 5-9) were led in scoring by Chisom Okpara, who finished with 25 points and eight rebounds. Harvard also got 15 points from Louis Lesmond. Malik Mack also had 10 points, seven rebounds, eight assists and two steals.
