CBS Sports opens its door as a home for Big Ten football this fall with the inaugural season of the Big Ten on CBS schedule. There will be seven select Big Ten games on CBS and Paramount+ for the 2023 season, followed by a full slate of traditional marquee coverage in the 3:30 p.m. ET window beginning in 2024.
The Big Ten on CBS schedule wasted no time airing games with conference contenders as both Ohio State and Michigan were featured on the network throughout the first two weeks of the season. In late-September, Penn State got to show off the White Out environment in primetime on CBS in a dominant win over Iowa. Speaking of the Hawkeyes, they are guaranteed to be featured twice this season as they'll also play their Black Friday rivalry game against Nebraska on CBS.
Prior to the annual showdown between Nebraska and Iowa, Penn State returns to CBS as the Nittany Lions play host to Indiana in Happy Valley (Noon ET). That game will lead into the annual Georgia-Florida neutral-site rivalry game. The Big Ten game on Nov. 4 will kick off a tripleheader of acton on CBS as Ohio State travels to Piscataway, New Jersey, for a clash with Rutgers.
