The Titans signed Asiasi to the practice squad Tuesday, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.
Asiasi gives Tennessee depth behind Chigoziem Okonkwo, Josh Whyle, Trevon Wesco and Kevin Rader. Wesco missed Week 16 with a shin injury. 26-year-old Asiasi was a 2020 third-round pick by New England and has four career catches for 44 yards and one touchdown.

The Browns originally brought Asiasi onto their practice squad ahead of Week 4 versus Baltimore, but they never elevated him to the active roster, and now they've decided to part ways with him ahead of Week 10. Provided he's not claimed by another team during the current waiver period, he's on track to once again become a free agent.

Devin Asiasi: Gets new opportunity
Asiasi is signing with the Browns' practice squad Monday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.
Asiasi appeared in 12 games with the Bengals last season and was also with the team during training camp. Ultimately, he was unable to make the team's final 53-man roster. He'll now get to stay in the AFC North and work to earn a spot on Cleveland's active roster from the practice squad.

Asiasi didn't return to the game Thursday after he went down with a left ankle injury, and his status is now in question heading into Week 5. More information on his status will likely be provided early next week. If Asiasi ends up missing any action, Mitchell Wilcox will likely operate as the lone reserve option behind Hayden Hurst at tight end.
