Philadelphia head coach Doc Rivers said Saturday that Dedmon (hip) is expected to be out for "a few more games," Austin Krell of USA Today reports.
Dedmon's hip soreness isn't believed to be severe, but the veteran needs some time off. In the meantime, Paul Reed and Montrezl Harrell will remain backup center options for the 76ers.
