Lakers head coach Darvin Ham said Hachimura (coach's decision) will be available to play Wednesday against the Spurs, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

After Hachimura was acquired from the Wizards on Monday, Ham wanted to give the fourth-year forward a chance to settle into his new digs rather than immediately throwing him into the rotation for Tuesday's 133-115 loss to the Lakers. Now that he's gotten a day to adjust to his new surroundings, Hachimura will get the chance to make his Lakers debut Wednesday. Hachimura averaged 24.3 minutes per game over his 30 appearances for Washington, but he doesn't project to see a major bump in playing time -- if one at all -- with the move to Los Angeles, especially with the Lakers expected to get star big man Anthony Davis (foot) back in action Wednesday.
