Burke (undisclosed) didn't play in Tuesday's preseason win over Detroit.
Burke was traded to the Thunder at the end of September, but he's yet to join his new team. The extent of the situation is unclear, but his final chance to suit up before the regular season begins will come Thursday against the Spurs.
