Mincey underwent surgery on his right elbow this week, the Dallas Morning News reports.
He has arthroscopic surgery on the same elbow last offseason, but it continues to bother him in 2015. Mincey failed to record a sack in 14 games last season, and may not draw much attention as a free agent as a result.
