Wright was sent to AHL Coachella Valley on a conditioning assignment Sunday.
The fourth overall pick in the 2022 NHL Entry Draft, Wright has two assists in seven games this season. He's been a healthy scratch for the last five contests and nine of the last 11. Wright will see some more playing time in the minors while Seattle decides what level he'll play at for the rest of the 2022-23 campaign.
