Dodgers scratch Mat Latos on Wednesday due to neck issue

A stiff neck caused the Dodgers to scratch pitcher Mat Latos from Wednesday's start at the Los Angeles Angles, the team announced. Right-hander Joe Wieland will start in place of Latos on Wednesday.
