De La Rosa was promoted to High-A Wilmington on Tuesday, Matt Eddy of Baseball America reports. De La Rosa had an impressive performance at Single-A Fredericksburg to begin the season, slashing .315/.394/.505 with 10 homers, 57 RBI, 56 runs and 25 stolen bases.
