Jeffries signed a contract with the Knicks on Monday. Jeffries presumably signed a rest-of-season deal, as he's already signed two 10-day contracts with the Knicks. He's made 13 appearances for New York this season and has averaged just 2.6 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less

DaQuan Jeffries: Reaches free agency
Jeffries became a free agent Sunday after his second 10-day contract with the Knicks expired, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. In order to retain Jeffries, the Knicks would have to sign him to a rest-of-season deal, but it's unclear if the organization intends to keep him around. Jeffries -- who opened the season as a member of the 15-man roster before being waived in December and later re-signing on a pair of 10-day deals -- has appeared in just 13 games for New York and is averaging 2.6 minutes per contest.... Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Lands second 10-day with Knicks
Jeffries agreed to a second 10-day contract with the Knicks on Wednesday, Michael Scotto of USA Today reports. The Knicks initially elected not to re-sign Jeffries when his first 10-day deal expired March 3, but he'll link back up with the club to fill the open spot on the roster. Over the course of his 10-day deal in addition to the standard NBA deal he was playing under earlier this season, Jeffries made 13 total appearances with the Knicks but averaged just 2.6 minutes.... DaQuan Jeffries: Time on New York roster ends
Jeffries became a free agent Sunday after his 10-day contract with the Knicks expired, Keith Smith of Spotrac.com reports. Over the course of two different contracts with the Knicks, Jeffries has appeared in 13 games but has averaged just 2.6 minutes per contest. Unless New York opts to bring him back on a second 10-day deal or unless another team elects to sign him, Jeffries will likely stick in the organization as a member of the G League's Westchester Knicks. He was assigned to Westchester on Friday and posted 28 points (10-16 FG, 6-10 3Pt), three rebounds, two assists, two steals and a block in 33 minutes during a win over the Motor City Crusie.... DaQuan Jeffries: Exits New York's roster

Unless New York opts to bring him back on a second 10-day deal or unless another team elects to sign him, Jeffries will likely stick in the organization as a member of the G League's Westchester Knicks. Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Gets 10-day deal from New York
Jeffries signed a 10-day contract with the Knicks on Thursday. He'll begin his second stint of the season with the Knicks, as Jeffries had been a member of the 15-man roster coming out of the preseason before being cut in December. Prior to being waived, Jeffries had made just 10 appearances for the Knicks, averaging just 3.0 minutes per contest. Since being moved off the 15-man roster, Jeffries has remained in the organization as a member of the G League's Westchester Knicks, with whom he had been averaging 24.3 points, 6.3 rebounds, 3.7 three-pointers, 3.0 assists and 1.1 blocks in 36.3 minutes per contest across 12 appearances.... DaQuan Jeffries: Sent to waivers
The Knicks waived Jeffries on Saturday, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Jeffries has been let go to create space on the team's roster following Saturday's trade for O.G. Anunoby, Precious Achiuwa and Malachi Flynn. Jeffries could land on the G League's Westchester Knicks if he fails to gain interest on waivers.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Not listed on injury report
Jeffries (illness) isn't listed on the injury report for Monday's game against the Bucks. Jeffries missed Saturday's blowout loss to the Bucks due to an illness but will suit up for Monday's rematch. However, he's appeared in just three of the Knicks' last 11 games, so even with Mitchell Robinson (ankle) and Jericho Sims (ankle) sidelined, Jeffries isn't guaranteed playing time.... See More ... Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Downgraded to out
Jeffries (illness) will not play Saturday against the Bucks, Fred Katz of The Athletic reports. Jeffries has fallen ill for the second time in December and will once again miss time. He's totaled just 30 minutes across 10 appearances this season. Dmytro Skapintsev was freshly promoted to a two-way deal Saturday, profiling as Jeffries' replacement.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Questionable for Saturday
Jeffries (illness) is questionable for Saturday's game against the Bucks. Jeffries dealt with a non-COVID illness earlier this month and is dealing with another one ahead of Saturday's matchup. However, his status shouldn't significantly impact New York's rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Ruled out Tuesday
Jeffries (illness) will not play in Tuesday's game against the Knicks. Jeffries is on the fringe of the rotation, so his absence won't have many fantasy implications.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Iffy due to illness
Jeffries is questionable for Tuesday's game against the Bucks due to a non-COVID illness. Jeffries has appeared in seven NBA games this season but has yet to play more than four minutes. His potential absence shouldn't have fantasy implications.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Recalled to NBA
Jeffries was recalled to the Knicks on Thursday. Jeffries isn't a meaningful rotation player for the Knicks. He will presumably get most of his minutes in the G League.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Dazzles in SL opener
Jeffries posted 20 points (7-14 FG, 1-3 3PT, 5-5 FT), four rebounds, two assists and two blocks in 21 minutes of Saturday's 110-101 Summer League loss to Philadelphia. Jeffries led New York with 20 points, 10 of which came in the first quarter, and made a defensive impact by rejecting a pair of shots in 21 minutes of action. Jeffries spent the 2022-23 season in the G League with the Westchester Knicks and averaged 19.9 points and 6.3 rebounds per game. He'll continue to play an integral role for the Knicks' Summer League squad.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Makes team debut
Jeffries (calf) logged four minutes Friday in the Knicks' 99-79 win over the Cavaliers in Game 3 of the series, recording two fouls and no other statistics. Despite being on the Knicks' roster in some capacity since late November as either a two-way player or on a standard NBA deal, Jeffries didn't make a single appearance for New York during the regular season. After moving past a recent calf issue, Jeffries finally got the opportunity to make his Knicks debut in garbage time of Game 3. He should remain outside of head coach Tom Thibodeau's rotation for the duration of the Knicks' postseason run.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Upgraded to available
Jeffries (calf) is available for Sunday's matchup against the Pacers. Jeffries has been upgraded from questionable to available and will suit up for the regular-season finale. The undrafted wing out of Tulsa signed a two-year contract with the Knicks in March but has yet to appear in a game this season.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Listed questionable for Sunday
Jeffries (calf) is considered questionable for Sunday's game versus the Pacers. Jeffries hasn't appeared in a game for the Knicks this season, so his status for the regular-season finale shouldn't change outlooks for any other players. The upgrade to questionable at least marks a step toward him being active.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Remains sidelined Friday
Jeffries (calf) has been ruled out Friday against New Orleans. Jeffries continues to deal with a calf injury. However, his continued absence won't impact the Knicks' rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Out again Wednesday
Jeffries (calf) is out for Wednesday's game against the Pacers. Jeffries continues to battle a calf injury, but even if he was healthy, he likely wouldn't be included in the Knicks' regular rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Knicks' DaQuan Jeffries: Out Sunday
Jeffries (calf) is out Sunday against the Wizards. Jeffries hasn't played in a game this season. That's unlikely to change, even if Jeffries gets healthy.... See More ... See Less
