Jackson tallied eight points (3-6 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two rebounds, one assist and one block in 22 minutes during Thursday's 124-104 win over the Hustle. Josh Jackson: Parts ways with Toronto
Jackson was waived by the Raptors on Friday, Josh Lewenberg of TSN.ca reports. Jackson was waived Friday along with D.J. Wilson and Gabe Brown. Jackson failed to score over two points in his last three preseason games with the Raptors. The 2017 No. 4 pick will hope to find a new home before Opening Night. If not, he could be bound for the G League ranks or could elect to head overseas.... See More ... See Less -
Raptors' Josh Jackson: Signs on with Raptors
Jackson signed a contract with the Raptors on Wednesday, Doug Smith of the Toronto Star reports. A lottery pick back in 2017, Jackson hasn't lived up to the billing to date. However, he's still just 25 and will compete in training camp to nab one of the Raptors' final roster spots. He played for two different teams -- the Pistons and the Kings -- during 2021-22 and averaged 6.4 points, 2.8 boards and 1.1 assists over 16.3 minutes per tilt.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Will play Wednesday after all
Jackson (illness) will be available for Wednesday's game at Houston, Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee reports. It looks like a Rockets reporter jumped the gun and erroneously reported that Jackson and Alex Len (illness) had been ruled out, when in fact that was not the case. While Len could factor into the rotation, Jackson hasn't seen much action since coming over from Detroit at the deadline. The 2017 top-five pick has logged just 18 total minutes of NBA action since Jan. 28.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Won't play Wednesday
Jackson (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's game against Houston, Jonathan Feigen of the Houston Chronicle reports. Jackson is dealing with a non-COVID illness that will keep him sidelined for a second straight game. His absence won't impact Sacramento's rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Still dealing with illness
Jackson (illness) is questionable for Wednesday's contest against the Rockets. Jackson is in jeopardy of missing a second straight game due to a non-COVID illness. Before his absence Monday, he'd garnered healthy DNPs in three straight games, so his absence shouldn't impact much.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Won't play Monday
Jackson won't play Monday against the Heat due to a non-COVID illness, Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Jackson has been a healthy DNP in three straight games. His absence shouldn't impact Sacramento's rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Gets three minutes in team debut
Jackson (back) missed both of his field-goal attempts and committed a turnover in three minutes of court time Monday in the Kings' 109-85 loss to the Nets. While he was a member of the Pistons, Jackson had missed time with a back injury before the Kings acquired him Thursday in a four-team deal. Upon reporting to Sacramento, Jackson was able to pass a physical and was cleared to play in advance of the Kings' previous game Saturday, but it wasn't until Monday that he made his team debut. Jackson only saw garbage-time run in the blowout loss and doesn't look like he'll be part of the Sacramento rotation.... See More ... See Less -
Kings' Josh Jackson: Available Saturday
Jackson (back) is available to make his Kings debut Saturday against the Wizards, Jason Anderson of The Sacramento Bee reports. Though Jackson is available for his new team, it's not guaranteed that he'll take the court. Even if he plays, it seems unlikely he'll have any more fantasy relevance than he did with the Pistons.... Kings' Josh Jackson: Headed to Sacramento
Jackson (back) and Trey Lyles were traded from the Pistons to the Kings on Thursday as part of a four-team trade, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports. Marvin Bagley was sent from the Kings to the Pistons, Donte DiVincenzo was traded from the Bucks to the Kings, Serge Ibaka was dealt from the Clippers to the Bucks, while Rodney Hood and Semi Ojeleye were traded from the Bucks to the Clippers. Jackson made all but three of his appearances with the Pistons this year off the bench, and he averaged 7.1 points and 3.2 rebounds in 18.1 minutes per game across 39 total outings to begin the year. However, he's been sidelined for the last seven games due to a back injury. It's not yet clear whether the 25-year-old will be available for Saturday's game against the Wizards, but he should take on a bench role once he's healthy.... See More ... See Less -
Pistons' Josh Jackson: Questionable against Memphis
Jackson (back) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Grizzlies. Jackson has been unavailable for the last six games due to a back injury. If he remains out, Frank Jackson and Hamidou Diallo should continue to see increased playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Pistons' Josh Jackson: Still sidelined Tuesday
Jackson (back) is out Tuesday against the Mavericks. Jackson will sit out a sixth consecutive game due to a back injury. His next chance to play will be Thursday against Memphis.... See More ... See Less -

Pistons' Josh Jackson: Out Thursday
Jackson (back) is out for Thursday's matchup against the Timberwolves, Keith Langlois of the Pistons' official site reports. Jackson misses a third straight game due to back spasms. Once he returns, his role could be reduced, given the recent return of Jerami Grant after an extended absence.... See More ... See Less -
Pistons' Josh Jackson: Questionable Thursday
Jackson (back) is questionable for Thursday's game against the Timberwolves. Jackson has missed the last two games due to back spasms but has a chance to get back on the court Thursday. If he's unavailable, Frank Jackson and Rodney McGruder should see an uptick in playing time.... See More ... See Less -
Pistons' Josh Jackson: Out as expected
Jackson (back) won't play Tuesday against the Pelicans. Jackson was initially listed as doubtful, so his absence was expected. His next chance to play is Thursday against the Timberwolves.... See More ... See Less -

Pistons' Josh Jackson: Unlikely to play Sunday
Jackson (back) has been downgraded to doubtful for Sunday's game against the Cavaliers. Jackson was originally questionable for Sunday's contest but now isn't expected to play against Cleveland.
