  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Another solid effort

Barrett produced 19 points (6-12 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 6-9 FT), three rebounds, five assists and one steal in 29 minutes during Monday's 137-115 victory over the Rockets. The fourth-year forward has maybe not developed into the player some anticipated when he was the third overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, but Barrett has still been a very consistent part of a playoff-bound Knicks roster this season. The 22-year-old has scored in double digits in 17 straight games, averaging 19.5 points, 4.4 boards, 2.8 assists and 1.3 threes while providing a solid complementary scoring option behind Julius Randle and Jalen Brunson (hand).

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Muted stat line in loss

Barrett had 10 points (3-12 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 4-6 FT), two rebounds and three assists across 30 minutes during Thursday's 111-106 loss to Orlando. Barrett posted 26 points Wednesday against the Heat but wasn't very efficient from the field Thursday. He also committed five turnovers against the Magic, his worst mark since Feb. 27. The 22-year-old has been held under 15 points in just three of his 12 appearances this month, and he's averaged 20.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists in 33.1 minutes per game in March.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Puts up 26 points in loss

Barrett closed Wednesday's 127-120 loss to the Heat with 26 points (8-13 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 7-7 FT), six rebounds and five assists in 36 minutes. Barrett was limited to just 13 points in 27 minutes in Monday's loss to the Timberwolves, but he took back playing time Wednesday from Immanuel Quickley, who played just 19 minutes. Despite some unsteadiness with his playing time of late, Barrett is still averaging 21.5 points on 48.1 percent shooting from the field in 11 appearances on the month, but he's still struggling to connect from distance (26.8 percent) and is offering little production in the non-scoring categories (4.7 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.4 blocks and 0.3 steals per contest).

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Mediocre in loss Monday

Barrett amassed 13 points (4-8 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 3-5 FT), two rebounds and three assists across 27 minutes during Monday's 140-134 loss to the Timberwolves. Barrett didn't provide much excitement in the loss, continuing an empty season. Despite averaging 19.8 points per game thus far, Barrett ranks well outside the top 250 in nine-category formats, highlighting just how unimpactful he is across the other major categories. At this point, he should be viewed as nothing more than a streaming consideration, at least in standard formats.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Excels with huge second half

Barrett amassed 30 points (12-27 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 5-6 FT), six rebounds and two assists in 38 minutes during Sunday's 112-108 victory over the Lakers. He scored 20 of his 30 points in the second half, effectively picking up the slack amid Jalen Brunson's (foot) absence. Barrett enjoyed a huge 44-point game back in late December, but he hasn't eclipsed 32 points in any of his subsequent 30 appearances. He's averaging a solid 19.1 points during that stretch, but poor efficiency (42.8 percent from the field, 72.4 percent from the free-throw line) and a lack of supporting statistics continues to drag down his overall fantasy value.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Paces team with 25 points

Barrett posted 25 points (9-23 FG, 1-8 3Pt, 6-10 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 33 minutes during Thursday's 122-117 loss to the Kings. The Knicks got Jalen Brunson back from a two-game absence for the contest, but the star guard managed just 19 minutes before being forced out again with left foot soreness. That shifted much of the offensive focus back on Barrett, and he responded with a team-high 25 points. Barrett has played well when Brunson has been out, averaging 27.0 points, 8.0 rebounds and 3.0 assists over his past three games. He's already a must-roster player, but Barrett's fantasy stock will jump a notch if Brunson is forced to miss more time.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Leading scorer in loss

Barrett finished with a team-high 27 points (10-24 FG, 1-7 3Pt, 6-8 FT), six rebounds and four assists over 35 minutes during Tuesday's 112-105 loss to the Hornets. The Knicks as a whole faded late after Sunday's emotional double-overtime win over the Celtics, but Barrett still came through with his second straight big performance. However, the fourth-year forward has scored 20 or more points only four times in the last 12 games and is averaging 17.7 points, 4.3 boards, 2.7 assists and 1.7 threes over that stretch.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Falls flat versus Boston

Barrett produced 10 points (4-14 FG, 1-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), seven rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes during Monday's 109-94 win over the Celtics. Barrett struggled to get anything going offensively and didn't register any marks in the defensive categories during an underwhelming fantasy night. The lefty did grab seven boards, his most since Feb. 2, but it certainly wasn't enough to mitigate his poor production elsewhere. Barrett has been susceptible to an occasional off night in the early stages of his career but tends to bounce back, so fantasy managers shouldn't take too much away from Monday's outing.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Scores efficient 25 points

Barrett finished Saturday's 128-106 win over New Orleans with 25 points (8-13 FG, 4-7 3Pt, 5-5 FT), four rebounds and seven assists in 29 minutes. Barrett was efficient from both the floor and the line, something that certainly can't be said on a nightly basis. Despite averaging 19.6 points per game this season entering Saturday, Barrett is well outside the top 200 in standard formats. Outside of points and triples, he offers very little on either end of the floor. Case in point, he is currently averaging 0.7 combined steals and blocks in 34.3 minutes per night. Hold him if you can deal with the flaws, but outside of that, feel free to send him packing.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Not on injury report

Barrett is not on the injury report for Wednesday against the Hawks. Barrett is coming off the worst game of his season Monday against the Nets, in which he scored four points in 24 minutes. There is still no clarity as to why he left Monday's game in the fourth quarter, so it was presumably a minor concern.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Struggles mightily against Nets

Barrett closed with four points (2-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt) and one rebound over 24 minutes during Monday's 124-106 victory over the Nets. Barrett missed all five of his shots in the first half and didn't record any points, assists or rebounds until after halftime. He went back to the locker room with eight minutes to go in the fourth quarter for undisclosed reasons, but he did return to the bench. He clearly wasn't himself and hopefully the Knicks will provide some clarity soon.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Reaches 20-point threshold

Barrett fouled out of Saturday's 126-120 win over the Jazz after recording 20 points (6-15 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 6-8 FT), six rebounds and three assists in 34 minutes. Barrett struggled to find his shot in Saturday's win, as he needed 15 attempts from the field to reach 20 points. He did manage to knock down a pair of threes, however, extending his streak of two or more made triples to three straight games.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Good to go against Orlando

Barrett (illness) is available for Tuesday's game versus the Magic. Barrett will return to the lineup after missing the previous game with a non-COVID illness. His return will likely send Immanuel Quickley back to the bench, as the 22-year-old guard has started in all 48 of his appearances this season.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Questionable Tuesday

Barrett (illness) is questionable for Tuesday's game against Orlando. Barrett was a late scratch for Sunday's game against the 76ers due to his illness, and it's not yet clear whether he'll be available Tuesday. Immanuel Quickley took Barrett's place in the starting lineup against Philadelphia, while Miles McBride and Evan Fournier also saw increased run.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Unlikely to play Sunday

Barrett is doubtful for Sunday's game against the 76ers due to an illness. Barrett was in the starting lineup for Sunday's matchup but was deemed doubtful to play minutes before tipoff. Immanuel Quickley will take his place as a starter.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Paces team with 30 points

Barrett totaled 30 points (13-23 FG, 0-5 3Pt, 4-6 FT), eight rebounds and four assists across 41 minutes during Thursday's 106-104 victory over Miami. Barrett led the way for the Knicks, scoring a team-high 30 points on an efficient 13-of-23 mark from the floor. Right on brand, Barrett added no defensive production, something managers should be expecting at this point. The four assists were a nice bonus, although they were offset by the fact he went 0-of-5 from the perimeter. At this point, it's clear that Barrett's limitations keep him to being a scoring threat who can chip in some boards.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Another 20-point effort Saturday

Barrett finished Saturday's 122-115 loss to the Nets with 24 points (9-16 FG, 3-5 3Pt, 3-4 FT), six rebounds, two assists and one block over 31 minutes. Barrett put up another 20-point effort Saturday, the fifth time he has done so in his past seven games. Not only were the points there but he was also efficient from the floor, an element of his game that often raises questions. Despite being outside the top 200 this season, Barrett remains a viable commodity in standard formats, as long as defensive production is not high on your list of requirements.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Drops 30 points in loss

Barrett logged 30 points (10-18 FG, 4-8 3Pt, 6-9 FT), seven rebounds and five assists across 41 minutes during Sunday's 125-116 loss to the Raptors. Barrett posted a complete final line Sunday by leading his team in scoring and turning in his highest assist total since Dec. 21. The Duke product has scored 20-plus points in each of his last four contests, averaging 26.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.8 assists over this stretch.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Logs 21 points, seven boards

Barrett amassed 21 points (9-21 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 3-4 FT), seven rebounds, two assists and one steal in 38 minutes during Wednesday's 116-105 loss to the Wizards. Barrett had a nice stretch between the second and third quarters where he went 7-of-11 from the field for 16 points, before going just 1-of-7 in the final period as the Knicks fell to Washington at home. The shooting guard broke the 20-point mark and grabbed seven boards for the second straight game, though he also led the team in turnovers with four. Barrett also failed to connect on a three-pointer in the contest and has shot 25 percent from beyond arc through five games this month.

  • Knicks' RJ Barrett: Leads team in scoring

Barrett supplied 32 points (10-23 FG, 2-9 3Pt, 10-11 FT), seven rebounds and two assists over 49 minutes during Monday's 123-121 overtime loss to the Raptors. Barrett wasn't shy on the offensive end, where he hoisted up 23 field-goal attempts for the second time in four games since returning from injury. He didn't find much success from beyond the arc, but he still managed to pour in a team-high 32 points. Barrett is averaging 22.3 points, 5.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists in his last four contests.
