Browns' Malik Jackson: Leaves COVID list
Jackson was activated from the reserve/COVID-19 list Tuesday, Aaron Wilson of Sportstalk 790 Houston reports.
Jackson was unable to play in the Browns' season finale against the Bengals, but now that he is out of protocols and he can return to the team facilities. Jackson played 16 games this season and finished with 25 tackles (seven solo), a half-sack and four passes defensed.

Browns' Malik Jackson: Placed on COVID-19 list
The Browns placed Jackson (undisclosed/knee) on the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday.
Jackson missed Wednesday's practice session with a knee injury, and he'll now be forced to isolate from the team. While it's not clear whether he's tested positive for COVID-19, it appears unlikely that he'll be able to play Sunday against the Bengals. If the 31-year-old is held out, Jordan Elliott will likely take on a starting role for Cleveland.

Browns' Malik Jackson: Doesn't participate Wednesday
Jackson (knee) was listed as a non-participant on Wednesday's injury report, Nate Ulrich of the Akron Beacon Journal reports.
Jackson apparently sustained a knee injury during Monday's loss to the Steelers and will be unable to practice to begin the week. His status for Sunday's game against the Bengals should come into focus based on his participation Thursday and Friday.

Jackson (knee) is good to go for Saturday's Christmas Day game against the Packers, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports.
Jackson drew a questionable designation heading into the game due to a knee issue. However, the team has decided to give him the green light in Green Bay. Look for him to take on his role assuming he avoids any setbacks.
