Cowboys' DeMarcus Lawrence: Career-high tackle total
Lawrence recorded a career-high 65 tackles (43 solo), including six sacks, through 17 regular-season games in 2022. He added three passes defended, three forced fumbles and one fumble recovery that he returned for a touchdown Week 5 against the Rams.
With Micah Parsons now the main pass-rushing threat for the Cowboys, Lawrence found himself in more of a run-stuffing role, but he still can make an impact in the backfield. Three of his sacks on the season came Week 3 against the Giants, and he also collected one in the divisional-round loss to the 49ers. The 30-year-old has two more years remaining on his current contract, and cutting him would produce a massive dead-cap hit in 2023, so Lawrence figures to see similar usage again in coordinator Dan Quinn's defense next season.

Cowboys' DeMarcus Lawrence: No injury designation
Lawrence doesn't have an injury designation for Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville, Jon Machota of The Athletic reports.
After logging back-to-back limited sessions to start Week 15 prep due to a foot issue, Lawrence submitted a full practice Friday and is cleared for Sunday's contest. Across 13 appearances, the veteran defensive end has totaled 53 tackles, six sacks, two forced fumbles and one fumble recovery, which he returned for a touchdown.

Cowboys' DeMarcus Lawrence: Limited in practice Week 15
Lawrence (foot) was a limited participant in the Cowboys' practice Thursday, Jordan Reid of ESPN.com reports.
Lawrence has dealt with a foot injury the past four weeks that has yet to keep him sidelined for a game. As a result, he's been largely limited during practice over this span, and this trend has continued for the first two sessions Week 15. Lawrence has played between 60-70 percent of the Cowboys' defensive snaps over the past five games, and, barring any setbacks, he'll likely do so again Sunday against Jacksonville.
