  • Seahawks' Dre'Mont Jones: Has three-year deal with Seattle

Jones (hip) agreed to a three-year, $51.5 million contract with the Seahawks on Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jones was sidelined by a hip injury to close out his Broncos tenure, but assuming the defensive lineman passes a physical, his deal with Seattle should become official when the NFL league year begins Wednesday. He had between 5.5 and 6.5 sacks in each of the past three seasons with the Broncos.

  • Broncos' Dre'Mont Jones: Finishes season with 6.5 sacks

Jones (hip) made a career-high 47 tackles (24 solo) to go with 6.5 sacks and one forced fumble while playing 13 games in the 2022 season.

Jones led the Broncos in sacks for the 2022 campaign despite playing in just 13 games. The veteran defensive end missed the final four games of the season after landing on injured reserve with a hip injury. It appears Jones won't require surgery, and he should be good to go in the offseason as he approaches the free-agent market. One of the Broncos' most solid young players on defense, Jones is likely to see many suitors around the league looking to bolster their defense with a young and rising star. It's possible the 26-year-old could sign a new deal with Denver, but he will likely command a sizable contract.

  • Broncos' Dre'Mont Jones: Won't undergo surgery

Jones said that he was placed on injured reserve to due a hip labrum injury, but he does not expect to require surgery for this issue, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.

Jones is expected to need at least four to six weeks to recover from this issue, which will keep him on IR for the remainder of the regular season. The 25-year-old also added that this move to IR was to allow him to rest, with Denver already eliminated from postseason contention after falling to 3-10 in Week 14. Jones had already matched his career high in sacks through 13 games this season, and he could be in line for a solid payday when he hits free agency this coming offseason.

  • Broncos' Dre'Mont Jones: Headed to IR

Denver placed Jones (hip) on its season-ending injured reserve list Saturday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

After physicians determined Jones would need four to six weeks to recover from the hip issue he's dealing with, his 2022 season is coming to an end. For the rest of this year, rookie sixth-rounder Matt Henningsen should see his role expand at defensive end.

  • Broncos' Dre'Mont Jones: Questionable despite not practicing

Jones (hip) is questionable for Sunday's matchup against Arizona.

Jones didn't practice at all during Week 15 prep, so it's surprising to see him have a chance to suit up Sunday. The fourth-year defensive end has yet to miss a game this season, totaling 47 tackles, 6.5 sacks and one forced fumble.

  • Broncos' Dre'Mont Jones: Missing practice with hip injury

Jones (hip) missed practice Wednesday ahead of Sunday's game versus Arizona, Zac Stevens of TheDNVR.com reports.

It's a new injury for Jones, who has yet to miss a game in 2022. The 25-year-old defensive end is also in the midst of a season in which he's already set career-highs in tackles (47) and sacks (6.5), so any time he misses would constitute a significant blow to Denver's defense.
