Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Not tendered an offer by Titans
The Titans didn't tender a contract to Westbrook-Ikhine on Tuesday, making him an unrestricted free agent, Terry McCormick of TitanInsider.com reports.
Per Paul Kuharsky of PaulKuharsky.com, Westbrook-Ikhine will test the open market after catching just 25 passes for 397 yards and three touchdowns last season. He played a career-high 75 percent of the offensive snaps in 2022 but is likely looking for a bigger role as a pass catcher after being asked to block quite a bit in the Titans' run-heavy scheme.

Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Remaining in Tennessee
The Titans and Westbrook-Ikhine agreed to terms on a one-year contract Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
A restricted free agent this offseason, Westbrook-Ikhine didn't receive a qualifying offer or a tender from Tennessee, but he'll return to the only organization that he's known as a pro. He's settled into a regular receiver role for the Titans over the last two seasons, racking up a 63-873-7 line on 107 targets in 33 games.

Titans' Nick Westbrook-Ikhine: Comes up empty in finale
Westbrook-Ikhine failed to corral his lone target in Saturday's 20-16 loss to the Jaguars.
Despite playing at least 60 percent of the snaps on offense for the 16th time in his 17 appearances on the season, Westbrook-Ikhine once again failed to deliver a useful line for fantasy purposes. The run-heavy Tennessee offense wasn't especially conducive to any Titans pass catcher emerging as a reliable option, but Westbrook-Ikhine's production still notably lagged behind Robert Woods and Treylon Burks.
