Chiefs' Trey Smith: Practices in full
Smith (pectoral) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice, Matt McMullen of the Chiefs' official site reports.
Smith wasn't available for Monday's win over the Raiders, but he appears on track to return Week 6 versus the Bills. It will still be worth monitoring Smith's practice activity, in case of any setbacks. His return would be to the benefit of Patrick Mahomes versus Buffalo's dangerous pass rush.

Chiefs' Trey Smith: Won't play Monday
Smith (pectoral) was ruled inactive ahead of Monday night's game against the Raiders.
Smith is dealing with a pectoral injury sustained in last week's win over the Buccaneers, which will keep him sidelined Week 5. With the starting right guard out, Nick Allegretti will get the spot start against Las Vegas.

Chiefs' Trey Smith: Managing pectoral issue
Coach Andy Reid said after Sunday's win over Tampa Bay that Smith sustained a pectoral injury, Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com reports.
It's unclear when Smith sustained his injury, but Reid said that he expects the 23-year-old will be okay. If he's forced to miss any time, Nick Allegretti would be a candidate to handle an increased role on Kansas City's offensive line.
