Buccaneers' K.J. Britt: Available for Sunday at 49ers
Tampa Bay activated Britt (ankle) from its injured reserve list Saturday ahead of Sunday's game at San Francisco, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
After missing the Buccaneers' last five games with an ankle injury, Britt appears poised to suit up for Week 14. The 2021 fifth-rounder has played exclusively on special teams so far in 2022.

Buccaneers' K.J. Britt: Back at practice
Tampa Bay designated Britt (ankle) for return from injured reserve Wednesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
The transaction opens up a 21-day window wherein the Buccaneers can evaluate Britt in practice before deciding whether to add him to the 53-man roster or keep him on IR for the remainder of the season. The reserve linebacker had played exclusively on special teams and recorded three tackles in seven games prior to landing on IR in late October.

Buccaneers' K.J. Britt: Lands on IR
Britt (ankle) was placed on injured reserve Tuesday, Scott Smith of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
Britt was a DNP on the team's estimated practice report Monday, after apparently suffering the injury in Sunday's loss to the Panthers. The second-year-pro has only appeared on special teams this season, so his absence over the next four weeks or more should not alter the team's defense.
