Gemon Green: Doesn't make team
Green (shoulder) was waived by the Giants on Tuesday.
Green was working to make the team as an undrafted free agent out of Michigan, but ultimately, he came up short. The 23-year-old was dealing with a shoulder injury at the tail end of camp, but since he was waived without an injury designation, it's believed he should be at full health now.

Giants' Gemon Green: Will not return
Green (shoulder) has been ruled out of Saturday's preseason contest against the Jets, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
The undrafted rookie out of Michigan was brought in by the Giants this offseason and has been competing to make the active roster. Unfortunately for him, this most likely hurts his chances. It's more likely that the young cornerback will make the practice squad now as he'll be dealing with this shoulder issue. Green's injury severity is unknown for the time being.
