Strong (ankle) practiced fully Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Strong was unavailable for Sunday night's contest in Kansas City due to an ankle issue, but his ability to log a full session Thursday implies that his injury is no longer a concern. The 6-foot-4, 295-pounder is slated to continue operating in his usual role as a rotational defensive lineman Sunday against Denver, though he could see additional volume if Jeffery Simmons (ankle) is unable to gain medical clearance before the weekend.

Lions' Kevin Strong: Returns from IR
Strong was activated from injured reserve Tuesday.
The defensive end suffered a concussion Week 1 versus the 49ers and was placed on IR after suffering a setback in Week 3. Strong is expected to make his return to the field following the Lions' Week 9 bye. In his one contest this season, the 25-year-old made three tackles while playing 24 defensive snaps.

Strong suffered a concussion during the first week of the season, and, after suffering a setback, he was placed on injured reserve after Week 3. The 25-year-old defensive lineman will have a 21-day period to be added to the active roster, and, if he's not, he will return to injured reserve for the remainder of the season.
