Rams' Kareem Orr: Back from COVID-19 list
Orr was reinstated from the practice squad COVID-19 list and elevated to the active roster Monday.
Orr was placed in health and safety protocols just a few days ago but has since been reinstated and will be available for Tuesday's game against Seattle. He played in more than half the Rams' defensive snaps a week ago against Arizona, recording four tackles (three solo) in his first action of the season.

Orr was waived by the Titans on Thursday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Orr spent the first two seasons of his NFL career in Tennessee, but he will now be searching for a new team. He served only in a depth role, tallying 94 defensive snaps and 56 special teams snaps with 16 total tackles across his two campaigns.

Orr will take the field for the first time since Week 8. The injury bug has torn through the Titans' cornerback corps, as Adoree' Jackson (knee), Kristian Fulton (knee) and Breon Borders (hip) are all unavailable for Week 14. As a result, Orr could bump into a starting role for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

The Titans now have 21 days to evaluate Orr's health and activate him from IR. The team's secondary is fairly healthy heading into Week 14, as Kristian Fulton (knee) is also preparing to return from IR. In turn, Orr likely will remain in a depth role once he's available.
