  • 49ers' Jon Feliciano: Returning to San Francisco

    The 49ers re-signed Feliciano on a one-year deal Friday, Peter Schrager of Fox Sports reports. The nine-year veteran will remain in San Francisco after agreeing to terms on another one-year deal Friday. Feliciano has also spent time with the Raiders, Bills and Giants across his NFL career, appearing in 113 total games and making 61 starts. Last season, the 32-year-old offensive lineman appeared in 16 games (seven starts) and played 559 total snaps for the 49ers, and he's expected to compete for the starting job at right guard once again this offseason.

  • 49ers' Jon Feliciano: Ready for SNF

    Feliciano (concussion) will be active for Sunday Night Football versus the Cowboys, David Lombardi of The Athletic reports. Feliciano will be available for Week 5 after he suffered a concussion in the 49ers' Week 4 win over the Cardinals. The 31-year-old will operate in his typical role as an extra interior offensive lineman on San Francisco's bench.

    Feliciano (concussion) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Nick Wagoner of ESPN reports. Feliciano will now enter the concussion protocol and will have to clear it before he can return to action. Feliciano left Thursday's practice after injuring his shoulder, but his quick return indicates the issue is not serious. The veteran offensive lineman signed a one-year deal with San Francisco after having stints with Las Vegas, Buffalo and New York. Expect the 31-year-old to serve as a backup for the 49ers ahead of the coming season. The severity of Feliciano's injury is currently unknown.

    Feliciano signed a one-year deal with the 49ers on Monday, Kim Jones of Newsday reports. Feliciano, a former Bill and Giant, will head to San Francisco for the 2023 season. The 31-year-old is able to play the interior of the offensive line, but he may find it difficult to lock down a starting job this offseason behind center Jake Brendel and guards Spencer Burford and Aaron Banks. More than likely, Feliciano will be veteran insurance in case any of the trio suffers an injury.
