  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Quiet in playoff loss

Kupp caught five of nine targets for 27 yards in Sunday's 24-23 wild-card round loss to the Lions. Kupp made a key six-yard catch to convert a fourth-and-5 in the second quarter, which was immediately followed by a 38-yard Tutu Atwell touchdown catch on the next play. Outside of that contribution, Kupp was surprisingly quiet in the playoff exit while Puka Nacua racked up 181 yards and a touchdown. Kupp will be 31 years old next season and looks like he's ready to cede the No. 1 receiver role to Nacua in 2024, but the NFL's leading receiver in 2021 should still have plenty of fantasy utility considering Kupp posted four 100-yard performances in 12 regular-season games en route to 59 catches for 737 yards and five touchdowns.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Officially inactive for Week 18

Kupp (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the 49ers, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports. Head coach Sean McVay had already revealed at the beginning of Week 18 prep that Kupp would be held out for rest purposes in the regular-season finale, but the Rams still opted to list the receiver as doubtful on their final injury report. As anticipated, Kupp is inactive for the contest, leaving Puka Nacua, Demarcus Robinson, Tutu Atwell, Ben Skowronek, Tyler Johnson and Austin Trammell as the team's available receivers for Sunday's game. Kupp will return to action in the wild-card round, when the Rams play a road game against a yet-to-be-determined opponent.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Not playing in Week 18

Head coach Sean McVay said Kupp won't play Sunday at San Francisco, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports. Along with Kupp, quarterback Matthew Stafford and running back Kyren Williams are among the healthy skill-position players that won't see action Week 18 while Los Angeles has already secured a wild-card spot. Kupp thus will finish his seventh NFL season with 59 catches (on 95 targets) for 737 yards and five touchdowns in 12 contests.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Scores TD on otherwise quiet day

Kupp caught four of six targets for 27 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 26-25 win over the Giants. Kupp's five-yard touchdown catch with 1:44 remaining in the first half gave the Rams a 14-7 lead, and Los Angeles stayed ahead the rest of the way while turning away a two-point conversion attempt and field-goal attempt in the final 3:27. His fifth touchdown of the season helped salvage an otherwise quiet game from Kupp, who was held to fewer than 30 yards for the fifth time in 2023 while Puka Nacua racked up a team-high 118 receiving yards. Nacua's emergence has lowered Kupp's floor, but both wideouts have generally remained productive heading into a Week 18 matchup with the 49ers. San Francisco has already clinched the No. 1 seed in the NFC, while LA could clinch a playoff berth if things break right during the rest of Week 17.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Inefficient with 12 targets

Kupp brought in six of 12 targets for 52 yards and rushed once for minus-3 yards in the Rams' 30-22 win over the Saints on Thursday night. Kupp led the Rams in targets and tied for second in receptions on a night when Matthew Stafford connected with only four targets overall. The veteran was more inefficient than usual with his opportunities, and his night was particularly a disappointment in light of the fact Kupp was coming off back-to-back 100-yard performances. Nevertheless, the 2017 third-round pick now has at least six grabs in four straight games going into a Week 17 road matchup against the Giants on New Year's Eve.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Another 100-yard performance

Kupp recorded eight receptions on eight targets for 111 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 28-20 win over the Commanders. Kupp was limited to short gains for much of the first half, as he entered the locker room with only 38 yards. He quickly changed that, however, as he went completely uncovered on the second play of the second half and recorded a 62-yard touchdown. That propelled Kupp to his second consecutive 100-yard performance. Despite splitting targets fairly evenly with Puka Nacua, Kupp looks poised to end the season in strong form.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Grabs TD against Cleveland

Kupp caught six of eight targets for 39 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 36-19 win over the Browns. The veteran wideout salvaged his day with a three-yard TD strike from Matthew Stafford late in the fourth quarter, as the Rams broke open what had been a close game to that point. Kupp hasn't reached 50 receiving yards in a game since Week 6, which was also the last time he'd gotten into the end zone, and the injuries the 30-year-old has battled the last couple years seem to have taken their toll. He'll have a hard time breaking out in Week 14 against the Ravens.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Subdued day in Week 12 win

Kupp brought in three of five targets for 18 yards in the Rams' 37-14 win over the Cardinals on Sunday. Kupp was able to come into the day free of an injury designation after overcoming his Week 11 ankle sprain, and although he appeared to be dinged up briefly early in Sunday's contest, he returned and handled a normal workload. However, the majority of the production through the air came via the unlikely duo of Kyren Williams and Tyler Higbee, who accounted for all four of Matthew Stafford's touchdown tosses. Kupp's numbers thus far have been underwhelming, but he'll draw an intriguing home matchup in Week 13 against a Browns defense that's been much more generous against the pass on the road.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Gets back to limited Thursday

Kupp (ankle) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports. Kupp suffered a low right-ankle sprain this past Sunday versus the Seahawks, and he didn't log any on-field work to kick off Week 12 prep. His return to drills Thursday may have been a test to see how his ankle holds up, meaning his listing on Friday's practice report should be telling for his availability ahead of Sunday's game at Arizona. Meanwhile, fellow wide receiver Puka Nacua (shoulder) followed up Wednesday's capped session with all activity one day later, so it appears the Rams should have at least one of their top two wide receivers for Week 12 action.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: In line to practice Thursday

Kupp (ankle) is slated to practice Thursday, Dianna Russini of The Athletic reports. Kupp didn't return to this past Sunday's win against the Seahawks after suffering what eventually diagnosed as a low right-ankle sprain in the second quarter. He was unable to practice Wednesday, so his expected return to the field one day later seemingly is a good sign as the Rams make their way through Week 12 prep. Thursday's injury report will reveal Kupp's activity level.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Sitting out first Week 12 practice

Rams head coach Sean McVay said Kupp (ankle) won't participate in Wednesday's practice, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports. Though Kupp is considered day-to-day with what has been reported as a right low-ankle sprain, McVay said Monday that he's hopeful the veteran wideout won't miss any game action, according to Greg Beacham of the Associated Press. With an absence from practice Wednesday, Kupp isn't starting Week 12 prep off on the right foot, but he'll have two more chances to potentially log some on-field activity and put himself in a position to play Sunday against the Cardinals. Before tweaking his ankle in this past Sunday's win over the Seahawks, Kupp missed the Rams' first four games of the season with a hamstring injury.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: May not miss game action

Coach Sean McVay said Monday that Kupp (ankle) has a chance to play in Sunday's game at Arizona, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports. Kupp departed in the second quarter of this past Sunday's win against the Seahawks and eventually was diagnosed with a low right-ankle sprain. Adam Schefter of ESPN reported earlier Monday that Kupp was considered day-to-day, wording that was mimicked by McVay. There's a high likelihood that Kupp will operate with practice restrictions this week, with his listing on Friday's injury report telling for his potential to suit up Week 12.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Nursing low-ankle sprain

Kupp suffered a low right-ankle sprain during Sunday's 17-16 win over the Seahawks, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports. Kupp reportedly tried to reenter Sunday's contest after initially injuring his ankle, and the fact that he didn't suffer a high-ankle sprain could mean he'll avoid a long-term recovery timetable. The injury does, however, make the veteran wideout's chances of playing Week 12 versus the Cardinals murky. Kupp now has gone four consecutive games without scoring or surpassing 50 receiving yards. If he's forced to miss any time, Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell will operate as the Rams' top wide receivers.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Ruled out of Sunday's game

Kupp (ankle) won't return to Sunday's game versus the Seahawks, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports. Kupp appeared to be gimpy on the sideline before making his way to the locker room in the second quarter. Eventually, an ankle injury was revealed to be the culprit, and he'll end Week 11 with just one catch (on one target) for 11 yards. In Kupp's stead, Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell will be the Rams' top options at wide receiver.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Injures ankle Sunday

Kupp headed to the locker room during the first half of Sunday's game against the Seahawks due to an ankle injury, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports. Prior to his exit from the game, Kupp caught his only target for 11 yards. In his absence, look for Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell to see added pass-catching opportunities for the Rams.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Quiet in defeat

Kupp caught two of seven targets for 48 yards in Sunday's 20-3 loss to the Packers. Kupp struggled to make his usual impact with backup Brett Rypien under center and managing just 130 passing yards. However, with what is now three straight sub-50-yard performances, Kupp's performance level has hit a lull. He'll strive to bounce back once the Rams return from their bye week, which could coincide with Matthew Stafford (thumb) re-entering the lineup.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Slowed again

Kupp recorded four receptions on 10 targets for 21 yards in Sunday's 43-20 loss to the Cowboys. The Rams' offense was held in check throughout the game, as Darrell Henderson was the team's leading receiver with 54 yards. Meanwhile, Kupp has combined to record just six receptions for 50 yards across his last two games. Particularly concerning for his outlook moving forward is that Matthew Stafford suffered a thumb injury in the loss, leaving Brett Rypien as the potential starter for a Week 9 matchup at Green Bay.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Held in check

Kupp recorded two receptions on seven targets for 29 yards in Sunday's 24-17 loss to the Steelers. He also was on the receiving end of a two-point conversion. The Steelers made a clear effort to neutralize Kupp, and as a result, the Rams pivoted Puka Nacua as their most-targeted receiver. Kupp's most notable contributions were a 24-yard catch early in the second quarter as well as a reception to convert a two-point attempt following a score immediately after halftime. This was his first underwhelming performance since returning from a hamstring injury, and he'll look to bounce back in a Week 8 matchup against the Cowboys.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Breaks century mark again

Kupp secured seven of nine targets for 148 yards and a touchdown during Sunday's 26-9 victory over the Cardinals. For the second straight contest since returning from a hamstring injury, Kupp led the Rams in targets, receptions and receiving yardage, and unlike last week against the Eagles, no one else came close to touching the former All-Pro's gaudy stat line as the rest of the team combined managed only eight catches for 78 yards. Kupp also brought in Matthew Stafford's only touchdown pass of the game, a 14-yard lob that marked Kupp's first touchdown reception since Week 9 against Tampa Bay in 2022. In two games since returning, Kupp has a 15-266-1 receiving line and has clearly returned to being the focal point of the offense for the Rams. He'll look to keep the good times rolling against a well-rested Steelers defense in Week 7.

  • Rams' Cooper Kupp: Should have no limitations

Kupp isn't expected to have any limitations while making his season debut Sunday versus the Eagles, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. After missing the Rams' first four games while recovering from a hamstring injury, Kupp was reinstated from injured reserve Saturday and doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's contest. He was listed as a limited participant in his return to practice Wednesday, but he closed the week as a full participant. The All-Pro receiver will be set to rejoin a new-look Rams offense that was led by emergent duo Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell through the first four weeks, meaning it might not be necessary for him to operate as quite the dominant target hog of seasons past. Nonetheless, of course, news that Kupp won't face any limitations in his return from injury provides confidence he'll hit the ground running as an elite fantasy contributor, even amid new circumstances on offense.
