Fotu is slated to sign a contract with the Jets, Billy Riccette of USA Today reports. Fotu spent the first four seasons of his career with the Cardinals after they selected him in the fourth round of the 2020 Draft. The Utah product appeared in 11 games last season, missing time with a hand injury, but he still managed to record a career-high 2.5 sacks among 28 combined tackles. He'll help bolster the Jets' defensive-line depth in 2024.... See More ... See Less

Fotu (hand) is active for Sunday's game against the Seahawks. The Cardinals activated Fotu off IR on Saturday, and the defensive tackle is set to return from a five-week absence due to a hand injury. Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Won't be activated Week 17
Fotu (hand) isn't expected to be activated from injured reserve before Sunday's game against the Eagles, Howard Balzer of PHNX reports. Fotu had his 21-day window to return from injured reserve opened Wednesday, but he won't rejoin the active roster at his first opportunity. Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Gets designation to return
The Cardinals designated Fotu (hand) for return from their injured reserve list Wednesday, Darren Urban of the team's official site reports. The Cardinals' injury reports over the week will give an idea of whether he might be available for Week 17.... See More ... See Less -
Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Will suit up Week 3
Fotu (shoulder) has been ruled active ahead of Sunday's game versus Dallas. Fotu was considered questionable to play Sunday after he sat out the Week 2 loss to the Giants with a shoulder injury. The 25-year-old was limited during each practice this week while tending to this injury, though he'll ultimately be ready to reprise his spot as Arizona's starting defensive tackle.... See More ... Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Status in question for Week 3
Fotu (shoulder) is listed as questionable for Sunday's contest versus the Cowboys, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Fotu was inactive Week 2 versus the Giants after being listed as a limited practice participant on all three of the Cardinals' injury reports prior to that game. He managed a similar on-field regimen this week, so it remains to be seen if he'll be able to reenter Arizona's defensive line mix Sunday.... See More ... See Less -
Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Inactive for Week 2
Fotu (shoulder) is inactive for Sunday's matchup against the Giants, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Fotu was a limited participant all week at practice and was given a questionable designation. This will be the defensive tackle's first absence since his rookie year in 2020. In his stead, Kevin Strong should see additional snaps versus New York.... See More ... See Less -
Cardinals' Leki Fotu: Put on reserve/COVID-19 list
Fotu was added to the reserve/COVID-19 list Thursday, NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports. Fotu was listed as a close contact to a player who caught COVID-19, so he had to be placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list. The second-year defensive tackle appeared in 11 games last season, tallying 11 tackles and one sack. Any time he's forced to miss should give undrafted rookie Cam Murray more chances to earn a roster spot with the Cardinals.... See More ... See Less

Rich Cimini@RichCimini7H agoRe: #Jets at 10: * This is one of the tougher years to project because I could see them moving up (to 8?) or moving down several spots. If they move up, I suspect it would be for Nabers or Odunze. * If 4 QBs. 3 WRs, 1 OL and 1 defensive player go in the top 9, the Jets are…
