Orr was released by the Rams on Saturday, Gary Klein of the Los Angeles Times reports.
Orr is entering his fourth season in the NFL, with his first two coming in Tennessee. He spent the majority of the 2021 campaign on the Rams' practice squad and is likely to remain in a similar situation in 2022.

Orr (groin) was designated to return from injured reserve Wednesday, Mike Organ of the Nashville Tennessean reports.
The Titans now have 21 days to evaluate Orr's health and activate him from IR. The team's secondary is fairly healthy heading into Week 14, as Kristian Fulton (knee) is also preparing to return from IR. In turn, Orr likely will remain in a depth role once he's available.
