Hellberg was reassigned to AHL Wilkes-Barre/Scranton on Sunday.
In a corresponding move, Alex Nedeljkovic (lower body) was activated from long-term injured reserve. Nedeljkovic will start Sunday against the Golden Knights. Hellberg has surrendered five goals on 64 shots in three NHL appearances this season en route to a 1-0-0 record.

Hellberg stopped 33 of 36 shots in Thursday's 4-3 overtime win over the Kings.
Hellberg failed to protect a couple of one-goal leads, but Bryan Rust ultimately got the game-winner for the Penguins in overtime.
