Megna was recalled from the minors Tuesday, Mark Divver of the New England Hockey Journal reports.
Megna hasn't seen any NHL action this season, but he's been rock solid in the AHL. The 34-year-old has registered 18 goals and 33 assists in 67 games played at the AHL level. If he sees any playoff action with Boston, it will likely be in a bottom-six forward role.
