DeBrusk scored two power-play goals, added an even-strength assist and logged five hits in Saturday's 5-1 win over the Maple Leafs in Game 1. DeBrusk was involved in all three of the Bruins' second-period tallies. He set up a Brandon Carlo goal before scoring twice more to give the Bruins a 4-0 lead. DeBrusk hadn't posted a multi-goal game since last year's first-round series versus the Panthers. The winger had a solid season with 19 tallies, 40 points, 183 shots on net and 107 hits over 80 regular-season appearances in a top-six role.... See More ... See Less

Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Opens scoring in second period
DeBrusk scored a goal on four shots and added two hits in Saturday's 6-4 win over the Penguins. DeBrusk snapped a seven-game scoring slump with his second-period tally, which opened the floodgates for the Bruins' offense. The 27-year-old has maintained a top-six role throughout his recent skid. He's at 19 tallies, 40 points, 179 shots on net, 104 hits and a plus-7 rating through 78 appearances. DeBrusk has reached the 40-point mark in five of his seven NHL campaigns, with the two exceptions being the COVID-shortened seasons.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Picking up pace in last seven games
DeBrusk delivered a goal and an assist in a 6-5 win over the Flyers on Saturday. DeBrusk has four two-point games in his last seven contests and nine points (four goals, five assists) overall in that span. That's a huge step up from one two-point game (and two points total) in his previous 15 outings. DeBrusk has really settled down since the trade deadline when rumors were roaring about a possible deal out of town. He may be the best deadline non-move for the Bruins in recent memory.... Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Nets OT winner
DeBrusk scored a goal on four shots in Thursday's 2-1 overtime win over Montreal. DeBrusk tallied the game-winner 25 seconds into the extra frame, sliding a backhander by Sam Montembeault off the rush to clinch the 2-1 victory. While it's been a disappointing campaign overall for DeBrusk, the 27-year-old winger now has three goals and seven points in his last six games. He's up to 34 points (16 goals, 18 assists) through 66 games this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Posts goal, assist in win
DeBrusk had a goal and an assist in Monday's 4-1 win over Toronto. DeBrusk's numbers have dropped from what he did the last two years. Monday's contributions put him up to 14 goals and 29 points through 60 games on the season. However, the points have been a bit hard to come by recently. Over the last 16 games, DeBrusk has posted just two goals and four points.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Breaks slump Wednesday
DeBrusk scored a goal on six shots and added an assist in Wednesday's 6-5 overtime win over the Oilers. DeBrusk tallied to put the Bruins ahead 4-1 in the second period. That lead didn't last, but he was able to chip in again by setting up Charlie McAvoy's game-winning goal in overtime. Prior to Wednesday, DeBrusk had gone nine games without a point. He's at 27 points, 124 shots, 65 hits and a plus-10 rating through 55 appearances this season, playing mainly in a top-six role. He's well behind the pace that saw him rack up 50 points in 64 outings a year ago.... See More ... See Less -

DeBrusk scored a shorthanded goal in Monday's 4-1 home win against the Jets. The shorthanded marker, which was tallied late in the third period, was DeBrusk's 12th goal of the season. He ended up with a plus-1 rating, three shots on goal, a blocked shot and a hit in 15:24 of ice time across 21 shifts. The 27-year-old left winger has lit the lamp in three consecutive outings, piling up five points with a plus-3 rating. He is plus-1 or better in five straight games and seven of the past eight appearances.... See More ... See Less -

DeBrusk scored the game-winning goal and added a power-play assist in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Avalanche. He tipped home a Parker Wotherspoon point shot late in the first period to give Boston a 3-1 lead, then DeBrusk set up David Pastrnak for an insurance tally in the third. His third-period tally tied the game at 3-3, allowing the Bruins to salvage another standings point despite their third loss in the last four contests. The winger is at nine goals, 20 points, 85 shots on net, 37 hits and a plus-8 rating through 39 appearances, playing mainly in a middle-six role this season.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Earns two power-play helpers
DeBrusk provided a pair of power-play assists in Wednesday's 4-1 win over the Sabres. DeBrusk snapped a six-game point drought with his first multi-point game of the season. Expectations for DeBrusk were at an all-time high heading into this season since he registered a career-high 50 points in 2022-23, but the second-line winger is still having trouble finding the back of the net. DeBrusk has 70 shots on goal through 32 games, albeit with only four goals in the bank.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Goal in win
Debrusk recorded a goal to go along with two shots in Thursday's 3-0 win over the Sharks. In the past eight games, Debrusk has been on a bit of a tear, registering three goals and one assist. The 27-year-old has also recorded 18 shots on goal in this span to go along with a combined total of six hits and blocked shots. He's currently on the first line with Pavel Zacha and David Pastrnak and should continue to produce points if he's able to hold on to that assignment.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Two shots in win
Debrusk recorded two shots on goal along with two blocked shots in Thursday's 5-2 win over the Islanders. The 27-year-old has registered nine shots on goal in his past three games along with an assist. DeBrusk is a key piece on the power play and has averaged 1:08 of ice time on the man advantage in that span. He should continue to see plenty of opportunities with the top power-play unit this year.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: First goal of season
DeBrusk got a goal Thursday in a 3-2 shootout win over the Maple Leafs. It was his first of the season. DeBrusk barrelled into the Leafs' zone with the puck in the second and dished to Brad Marchand in the slot. Ilya Samsonov stoned Marchand, but the puck lay in the slot and DeBrusk buried the rebound. The winger has been in the doghouse this season, especially after being late to a team meeting last month. But DeBrusk is a talented and abrasive forward who put up 50 points in 64 contests last season. Hopefully this snipe gets him on a roll.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Snags helper in return
DeBrusk recorded an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Sunday's 3-1 win over the Ducks. DeBrusk was scratched Saturday for being late to a team meeting. He took the punishment in stride and got on the scoresheet in his return to the lineup Sunday. The helper was DeBrusk's first point in four outings this season, and he's added 11 shots on net, four PIM and a plus-2 rating. He should continue to see top-six minutes.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Healthy scratch Saturday
DeBrusk will be a healthy scratch Saturday against the Kings because he was late to a team meeting. DeBrusk has nine shots on goal and zero points in three appearances this season. In DeBrusk's absence, Milan Lucic is slated to play alongside Pavel Zacha and David Pastrnak.... See More ... See Less -
Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Pots two goals against Florida

The 26-year-old found the back of the net in the second and third periods, giving him his second straight multi-point performance. DeBrusk has three goals and five points through four playoff games, and he'll look to stay hot Wednesday as the Bruins try to push their way into the second round in Game 5.... See More ... Bruins' Jake DeBrusk: Erupts for four points
DeBrusk scored a goal and added three assists while recording four shots, a hit and a plus-4 rating in Sunday's 7-0 rout of the Sabres. He notched a helper in each period, while his tally midway through the first period gave the Bruins a 3-0 lead. DeBrusk had been in a bit of a scoring lull, managing just two goals and three points over his prior eight games, but his spot on Boston's top line makes him a threat to break out at any time. On the season, the 26-year-old has 22 goals and a career-high 44 points through 51 contests.... See More ... See Less -

Bruins Network@BruinsNetwork8H agoSpeaking of guys who I thought could be better— Hampus Lindholm was steady as they come tonight. When he realizes that he’s like 6-foot-4, 230lbs he can really tilt the ice from the blueline. Strong coverage, smooth skating and great endurance. Hope he builds off it. #NHLBruins

Bruins Network@BruinsNetwork8H agoJohnny Beecher has played a bit more North-to-South than he probably needs to, but his defensive support through faceoffs, size, speed, physicality and range has been a nice boost. His legs are always fresh, he’s excellent at the dot and can skate against anyone else. #NHLBruins

Bruins Network@BruinsNetwork9H agoFrom the first puck drop to the end of this game, think Jake DeBrusk has been Boston’s most consistent forward by quite a bit. Grinding on the walls, moving his feet, making plays and taking pucks from the walls-in. He flipped the switch and has been nails for them. #NHLBruins

Bruins Network@BruinsNetwork9H agoI’m a believer in the goalie rotation and thought Ullmark deserved to play in game two. That said— you can’t take Swayman out of this net right now, at least not until you’re back in Boston for game five. Incredible, relaxed and locked-in performance from him again. #NHLBruins

Bruins Network@BruinsNetwork9H agoThe forecheck on Bertuzzi, finishing the check, dumping him and going hard to the empty net by Brad Marchand to seal the game is exactly what this team needed.
