Through 18 games this season, he has a 9-7-1 record, 2.67 GAA and .918 save percentage. Lankinen has been used sparingly behind Juuse Saros throughout the 2022-23 campaign, but Lanky will likely get at least one more start given that Nashville will finish the season with a back-to-back set from April 13-14.... Predators' Kevin Lankinen: Comes up short against Toronto
Lankinen kicked out 31 of 34 shots in a 3-2 loss to Toronto on Sunday. Lankinen was making just his fourth start of the month as Nashville continues to lean heavily on Juuse Saros. At least this went far better than Lankinen's previous start, in which he allowed four goals on five shots before being yanked just 9:09 into Nashville's 7-0 loss to the Rangers on March 19. The 27-year-old netminder is 8-7-1 with a 2.72 GAA and a .917 save percentage in 17 outings this season.... See More ... See Less -

Lankinen allowed four goals on five shots in Sunday's 7-0 loss to the Rangers. It was a night to forget for Lankinen. He hasn't given up more than three goals in an outing since Dec. 31 in Vegas.... See More ... See Less -
Predators' Kevin Lankinen: Wins in shootout
Lankinen stopped 26 of 27 shots in Saturday's 2-1 shootout win over the Kings. Lankinen was impressive Saturday, going save-for-save with Kings goalie Pheonix Copley in a low-scoring battle. In the shootout, Lankinen denied all three attempts from the Kings to get the win. The 27-year-old improved to 8-5-1 with a 2.46 GAA and a .925 save percentage through 15 contests this season. Those numbers are strong, but Lankinen is hardly a threat to eat into Juuse Saros' starting role. Expect Saros to get the nod for Sunday's game in Anaheim.... See More ... See Less -

Predators' Kevin Lankinen: Steals win over Panthers
Lankinen made 30 saves in a 2-1 in over the Panthers on Thursday. It was a tremendous effort by Lankinen, who essentially stole the game from the kitties. The Preds were on their heels the back half of the game, and he bailed them out time and time again. Lankinen is 4-1-0 in his last five starts with just 10 goals allowed. He's a pending UFA and could be moved to a contender before Friday's deadline.... See More ... See Less -

Predators' Kevin Lankinen: Cruises to easy win
Lankinen made 30 saves in Saturday's 7-3 win over the Panthers. Florida actually grabbed a 2-1 lead midway through the first period, but Lankinen wasn't beaten again until a Panthers power play in the third, at which point Nashville held a 6-2 advantage. The 27-year-old netminder has gotten the nod in two of the last three games as Juuse Saros gets a bit of a breather, and Lankinen's 2.70 GAA and .919 save percentage on the season could earn him more frequent work down the stretch.... Lankinen stopped 15 of 18 shots in Monday's 4-2 loss to Arizona. The 27-year-old backup only faced two shots in the second period but one of them resulted in a power-play goal, which exemplified how the night went for Lankinen and the Nashville defense in general. It's his first regulation loss since Dec. 13, but Lankinen only made three starts in between as Juuse Saros dominates the crease for the Predators. On the season, Lankinen is 5-5-1 with a solid 2.68 GAA and .920 save percentage.... See More ... See Less -
