Silovs took his first loss at the NHL level this season, as he couldn't stop the Coyotes' second line. He's faced no more than 23 shots in any of his four games, posting a 3-0-1 record despite allowing 10 goals on 84 shots. Thatcher Demko (knee) could be back Saturday versus the Oilers, and while it's possible Silovs stays in the NHL as a third goalie, his playing time would likely be next to nothing in the postseason.

Silovs is set to start at home against Arizona on Wednesday, per Kevin Woodley of NHL.com.
Silovs has appeared in three games with Vancouver dating back to March 31, going 3-0-0 with a 2.00 GAA and a .909 save percentage over that stretch. His success combined with Casey DeSmith's struggles has led to Silovs playing a bigger role of late. All the same, Silovs might be sent to the minors once Thatcher Demko (knee) is ready to return. In the meantime, the Coyotes figure to be a somewhat favorable matchup for Silovs -- Arizona is tied for 18th offensively with 3.04 goals per contest this year.

Silovs allowed three goals on 23 shots in Monday's 4-3 win over the Golden Knights.
He gave up a pair of goals to Jack Eichel in the first period, but Silovs limited the damage after that to just one Noah Hanifin power-play marker. This was Silovs' third win in as many games at the NHL level this season. He's allowed six goals on 66 shots over that stretch, and the Canucks have played strong defense in front of him to make things a bit easier. The 23-year-old will likely head back to AHL Abbotsford once Thatcher Demko (knee) is healthy.
