It will be his first official game action in a month as he continues to work his way back from a left oblique strain. Since he's been on the shelf a while, Taveras figures to need a handful of rehab contests before being activated. He should be the Rangers' everyday center fielder once ready and isn't a bad stash for those in five-outfielder leagues.
