Padilla managed to work his way through the Cubs' farm system and crack the big leagues in 2022, but he was placed on waivers when they needed to open a roster spot. Padilla has one major-league appearance -- he pitched 1.2 innings in relief and gave up one earned run. James Fegan@JRFegan19H agoWhite Sox beat the Rays, 9-4 @baseball_ref qualifies games decided by five runs or more as blowouts. Therefore, the White Sox blew out the Rays. It was their first blowout win of the season. Sox are 4-22. My mom signed up for an Apple TV free trial just for this game.
