Brewers' Tobias Myers: Returns from Triple-A
The Brewers recalled Myers from Triple-A Nashville on Monday.
Myers received a call-up to the majors last week and didn't make an appearance before being optioned to Nashville. This time around, Myers could fill the rotation spot vacated by Wade Miley (elbow), who was placed on the 15-day injured list but had been in line to start Tuesday in Pittsburgh. Myers holds a 1.62 ERA and 22:7 K:BB over 16.2 innings this season at Nashville. He would be making his major-league debut when/if he gets into a game.

Brewers' Tobias Myers: Moved to Triple-A
The Brewers optioned Myers to Triple-A Nashville on Thursday, Todd Rosiak of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
Myers was with the big club for just one day and did not make an appearance. The Brewers will announce a corresponding move prior to their series opener Friday in St. Louis.

Brewers' Tobias Myers: Summoned to majors
The Brewers selected Myers' contract from Triple-A Nashville on Wednesday.
Milwaukee was eager to build in an extra day of rest for all five members of its rotation, so rather than having ace Freddy Peralta take the hill Wednesday on normal rest, the Brewers will opt for a bullpen day in the series finale with the Padres. Bryse Wilson will open the contest and should be capable of covering 3-to-4 innings, but Myers could be called upon to pitch multiple innings behind him. Myers, who had been working as a starter at Nashville this season, accrued a 1.84 ERA, 1.20 WHIP and 19:6 K:BB across 14.2 innings.

Brewers' Tobias Myers: Joins Milwaukee on MiLB deal
Myers signed a minor-league contract with the Brewers on Tuesday.
Myers spent time with the Guardians, Giants and White Sox organizations in 2022, and he posted a 7.82 ERA across 76 innings at the Triple-A level between the three clubs. The 24-year-old has yet to make his MLB debut, and he'll need to deliver improved results next season to have a chance of seeing the big leagues.

Tobias Myers: Cut by ChiSox
The White Sox released Myers on Monday.
Since the White Sox claimed him off waivers from the Giants on Aug. 2, Myers was lit up across his seven appearances at Triple-A Charlotte, logging a 15.92 ERA and 3.31 WHIP across 13 innings. Chicago had already seen enough from Myers to remove him from the 40-man roster earlier this month, and now he'll be cut loose by the organization entirely as the minor-league season nears its end.

White Sox's Tobias Myers: Off 40-man, stays in organization
The White Sox outrighted Myers to Triple-A Charlotte on Monday.
Chicago scooped Myers up off waivers from San Francisco on Aug. 2, but one month later, he lost his spot on the 40-man roster. The 24-year-old right-hander wasn't claimed by another organization during his most recent exposure to the waiver wire, so he'll stick around with the White Sox's top affiliate. Since joining Charlotte, Myers has been lit up for 16 runs (15 earned) on 17 hits and 11 walks over eight innings across his five appearances.

Giants' Tobias Myers: Loses 40-man spot
The Giants designated Myers for assignment Sunday, Susan Slusser of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
The minor-league right-hander will cede his spot on the Giants' 40-man roster to infielder Dixon Machado, whom the San Francisco acquired from the Cubs on Sunday. After being traded himself from Cleveland to San Francisco earlier this month, Myers made two appearances for the Giants' Triple-A affiliate in Sacramento. He'll likely stick around with Sacramento if he goes unclaimed upon being exposed to waivers.

Giants' Tobias Myers: Traded to San Francisco
Myers was traded from the Guardians to the Giants on Thursday in exchange for cash considerations, Maria I. Guardado of MLB.com reports.
Myers began the season at Triple-A Columbus but sputtered to a 6.00 ERA and 1.77 WHIP in 60 innings over 14 starts. He'll attempt to right the ship with his new organization, and he'll report to the Giants' Triple-A affiliate for now. Anthony DeSclafani (ankle) was transferred to the 60-day injured list to make room for Myers on the 40-man roster.

Guardians' Tobias Myers: Designated for assignment
Myers was designated for assignment by the Guardians on Saturday.
Myers was added to the Guardians' 40-man roster after being traded from the Rays in November, and he began the season at Triple-A Columbus. He posted a 6.00 ERA and 1.77 WHIP in 60 innings over 14 Triple-A starts this year and will likely remain in Columbus if he goes unclaimed on waivers.

Guardians' Tobias Myers: Dealt to Cleveland
Myers was traded from the Rays to the Guardians on Friday in exchange for Junior Caminero and was then added to Cleveland's 40-man roster.
Both Myers and Caminero are legitimate prospects, but the Rays were dealing with a 40-man roster crunch, so they will bring the younger Caminero into the fold so that they can retain a player they may have otherwise lost in the Rule 5 draft by adding Myers to the 40-man roster. The 23-year-old righty logged a 3.32 ERA at Double-A and a 4.50 ERA at Triple-A. He could make his big-league debut in 2022 in the rotation or the bullpen.
