Pacers' George Hill: Alive and kicking Friday
Hill closed with nine points (3-5 FG, 1-2 3Pt, 2-2 FT), one rebound and five assists over 18 minutes during Friday's 122-115 loss to the Pistons.
Hill made a rare appearance Friday, joining a host of fringe players who also found themselves thrust into larger roles. As is par for the course at this time of the year, the Pacers have thrown in the towel, affording someone like Hill a chance to get some reps in before the season is over. From a fantasy perspective, there is nothing to see here.

Pacers' George Hill: Scores season-high 15 points
Hill amassed 15 points (5-6 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), two rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 23 minutes during Thursday's 139-123 victory over the Bucks.
With Tyrese Haliburton (knee), Bennedict Mathurin (ankle) and Chris Duarte (ankle) all sidelined, Hill played his most minutes since Dec. 28 and posted a season-high 15 points thanks to an extremely efficient shooting night. Haliburton is expected to miss at least two more games, so Hill should continue to be part of the Pacers' rotation during that stretch, though he's unlikely to shoot this well on a nightly basis.

After being acquired from the Bucks on Thursday, Hill proceeded to miss the Pacers' back-to-back set Friday and Saturday versus the Suns and Wizards, respectively. Now that he's had more time to get acclimated to his new organization, Hill looks like he'll get the chance to dress Monday, though the Pacers may not work him into the rotation unless point guard Tyrese Haliburton (thigh) -- who is listed as questionable -- is unable to play.

Pacers' George Hill: Included in deal to Indiana
The Pacers received Hill, Jordan Nwora, Serge Ibaka and two second-round picks from the Bucks on Thursday as part of a three-team deal that sent Jae Crowder to Milwaukee and three future second-round picks to the Nets, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports.
After he had largely fallen out of the rotation, the Bucks opted to move on from Hill, who looks poised to handle a similar low-minute depth role in Indiana. Though the Pacers don't profile as a contender, the 36-year-old is an Indiana native and was presumably receptive to a return to the club with whom he enjoyed the bests seasons of his career from 2011-12 through 2015-16.

Hill (illness) played 12 minutes and finished with five points (2-2 FG, 1-1 3Pt), three assists, two rebounds and one steal in Friday's 138-109 loss to the Hornets.
Hill reclaimed a small role in the Milwaukee rotation after missing the previous four games with the illness. Even though he's healthy again, the 36-year-old Hill is unlikely to see his playing time expand much while Jrue Holiday is available.
