Jim Eichenhofer@Jim_Eichenhofer22H agoThunder race to big edge behind red-hot three-point shooting, clicking offense, posting 124-92 win in Game 2 over #Pelicans, who struggled with offensive fouls, turnovers. New Orleans will host Game 3 on Saturday. Postgame wrap: https://t.co/kxqJwQBpGH https://t.co/QCaIkxjCyR

Will Guillory@WillGuillory22H agoFinal: Thunder 124, Pelicans 92 Valanciunas 19 ts, 7 rebs Ingram 18 pts Jones 18 pts Pelicans get crushed to fall behind 0-2 in the series. Everything that could go wrong did in this one. Offense was bad, defense was worse. Pels gotta pick up the pieces or a sweep is on the way

Oleh Kosel 🇺🇦@OlehKosel22H agoThe Pelicans fall 124-92. No positives worth highlighting after watching team commit 8 offensive fouls (18 turnovers overall) and let go of the rope defensively in 2nd half. The Thunder lead this first round playoff series 2-0. Next two games will take place in New Orleans.
-
Jim Eichenhofer@Jim_Eichenhofer23H agoAt this point it would be more productive to just not set any screens for the rest of the game. #Pelicans TV just said New Orleans has nine offensive fouls in Game 2. Can't believe Pels have ever had more

Andrew Lopez@_Andrew_Lopez23H agoPelicans have 17 turnovers... 8 of those have been offensive fouls.

Will Guillory@WillGuillory23H agoEnd of 3rd: Thunder 92, Pelicans 74 Valanciunas 17 pts, 7 rebs Ingram 16 pts (12 in 3rd) Jones 16 pts BI finally got going, but the Thunder only extended the lead. Pels gotta find a way to get some stops. They've had zero answers so far.

Will Guillory@WillGuillory23H agoLarry Nance came up limping after that last play. Looked like it was either his right knee or his right ankle bothering him. He's headed to the locker room. One of the last guys the Pelicans can afford to lose in this series.
-
Oleh Kosel 🇺🇦@OlehKosel23H agoLarry Nance Jr. consistently setting screens while his hands are above his head in this quarter is wild, but with the Pelicans picking up 1,632 offensive fouls earlier, what else was he supposed to do?
-
Oleh Kosel 🇺🇦@OlehKosel23H agoGotta give Brandon Ingram some credit for attacking the rim/lane hard, blocking Shai Gilgeous-Alexander's lay-in attempt and just playing with generally greater purpose out of halftime. Pelicans have trimmed 23-point deficit to 15 with 3:30 left in 3rd QTR.
