Bills safety Aaron Williams (neck) was a limited participant during practice Wednesday, Tyler Dunne of The Buffalo News reports.

Williams was able to practice with his jersey and helmet on, however he still wasn't wearing pads. Considering the 25-year-old safety was taken off in an ambulance just two weeks ago, he's making great strides in his quest to return to the starting lineup.

That being said, head coach Rex Ryan will likely be cautious with his starting safety, meaning we won't know his status for Sunday's game until later in the week.
