Allen ended with 15 points (5-6 FG, 5-5 FT), eight rebounds and one block over 24 minutes during Thursday's 121-83 loss to the Magic in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference's first round. Allen was one of two Cavaliers who reached the 15-point plateau in this blowout loss, with Caris LeVert being the other, and although this ended up being one of Cleveland's worst performances of the campaign, Allen found a way to deliver a decent stat line. The big man will aim to continue making a two-way impact in Game 4 of the series on Saturday.... See More ... See Less

Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Owns boards in 20-rebound game
Allen finished with 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-8 FT), 20 rebounds, three assists, three blocks and two steals over 39 minutes in Cleveland's 96-86 win over Orlando in Game 2 of the first-round playoff series. Allen did it all to help Cleveland take a commanding 2-0 series lead, leading all players in Monday's contest in rebounds while pacing the Cavaliers in blocks to go along with a pair of steals in a double-double performance. Allen has owned the glass over the first two games of the opening-round series, recording at least 18 rebounds and a double-double in both contests.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Delivers monster double-double
Allen finished Saturday's 97-83 victory over the Magic in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals with 16 points (6-10 FG, 4-6 FT), 18 rebounds, two assists and two steals in 35 minutes. Allen and Evan Mobley formed a devastating tandem in the frontcourt, and Allen made his presence felt on the glass due to his length and tenacity defensively. Allen recorded his fifth double-double over his last six appearances, and the big man should continue to perform at a high level in a favorable matchup.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Double-double vs. Clippers
Allen had 17 points (6-12 FG, 5-5 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal over 35 minutes during Sunday's 120-118 loss to the Clippers. Allen recorded his 40th double-double of the season Sunday and has reached that stat line in three of his last four games. He's averaging a career-high 16.4 points per game this season, and his 62.7 percent shooting clip ranks fifth in the NBA. Since the All-Star break, Allen is averaging 17.9 points, 10.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists over 33.6 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Records double-double
Allen accumulated 12 points (6-12 FG), 12 rebounds, three assists and one steal in 34 minutes during Saturday's 116-97 loss to the Lakers. Allen logged another double-double as the talented big man was able to reward fantasy owners who trusted him in a difficult matchup against Anthony Davis. Allen was unable to deliver the same numbers he's been able to post in recent contests, but he at least recorded a double-double for the sixth time across his last 10 appearances.... See More ... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Posts 20 points in loss
Allen finished with 20 points (9-15 FG, 2-2 FT), five rebounds and four assists across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 122-101 loss to the Suns. It's been a month since we've seen an explosive scoring total from Allen, but he's still remarkably consistent. He's notched a double-double in five of his last 10 games and has averaged 18.6 points, 9.9 rebounds and 3.1 assists over that span.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Records double-double in victory
Allen totaled 21 points (8-11 FG, 5-6 FT), 12 rebounds, five assists and one steal across 33 minutes during Tuesday's 129-113 victory over the Jazz. Allen and Evan Mobley took care of Utah's frontcourt with ease and out-rebounded the Jazz 32-26. The standout center is suffering through some variance with his stat lines, but he's managed three double-doubles over the past six games.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Impressive at both ends
Allen finished with 13 points (6-9 FG, 1-1 FT), 11 rebounds and two assists over 26 minutes during Friday's 117-114 win over the 76ers. Allen recorded a double-double for the fourth time across his last six appearances, and the big man continues to leave his mark as a reliable two-way presence for Cleveland. Allen has also enjoyed a sizable uptick in his consistency as a scoring threat, putting up double-digit points in all but two of his appearances since the beginning of March.... See More ... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Double-double against Charlotte
Allen contributed 17 points (7-9 FG, 3-3 FT), 13 rebounds, four assists and one steal in 33 minutes during Monday's 115-92 victory over the Hornets. It's the 36th double-double of the season for Allen, as he extends his career high in that category. Eight of them have come in the last 12 games for the 25-year-old center, a stretch in which he's averaged 18.2 points, 12.0 boards, 2.5 assists and 1.1 blocks while shooting 60.0 percent from the floor. With Donovan Mitchell (nose) still lacking a timeline for his return, other Cavaliers like Allen will need to keep stepping up to keep the team out of the Play-In Tournament -- Cleveland is currently third in the Eastern Conference at 44-28, but only 4.5 games ahead of seventh-place Miami.... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Plays 22 minutes Sunday
Allen contributed nine points (3-7 FG, 3-4 FT), four rebounds and three assists across 22 minutes during Sunday's 121-84 loss to the Heat. Allen only logged 22 minutes due to the nature of the blowout loss. To say that the Cavaliers have been struggling badly on offense without Donovan Mitchell (nose) would be an understatement at this point, but Sunday's performance was a new low for them, as they failed to reach the 90-point plateau for the first time in the entire campaign. Look for Allen to handle his regular workload when the Cavs take on the Hornets on Monday.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Posts double-double
Allen totaled 15 points (5-10 FG, 5-6 FT), 13 rebounds, five assists and one block across 33 minutes during Friday's 104-91 loss to the Timberwolves. Allen wasn't particularly efficient from the field -- at least for his standards, as he's made 62.7 percent of his shots this season -- but the fact that he suffered a hand injury midway through Friday's game might have played a role in that. Regardless, Allen still posted a double-double, and he's now reached that feat in four of his last six games. Allen is averaging 18.3 points and 12.4 rebounds per game since the beginning of March.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Returns to play
Allen (hand) checked into Friday's game against Minnesota during the third quarter, Serena Winters of Bally Sports Cleveland reports. As expected, Allen has been cleared to re-enter Friday's clash. His hand was taped up when he returned, so the laceration may be something to monitor over the next few days.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Picks up hand injury
Allen is probable to return to Friday's game against the Timberwolves despite a right hand laceration, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. Allen didn't start the second half, but he's expected to return to Friday's action at some point. He came out of the locker room shortly after the third quarter began and reported to the bench, per Fedor.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Notches third 20-20 game of career
Allen finished Wednesday's 107-104 loss to the Heat with 25 points (10-13 FG, 5-6 FT), 20 rebounds and three assists over 39 minutes. Allen's three 20-20 games puts him third in that category in Cavaliers franchise history. It also gave him his 34rd double-double of the season, which ranks 13th in the NBA. Since the All-Star break, Allen is averaging 18.6 points on 58.8 percent shooting, 11.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.2 blocks over 35.0 minutes per game.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Hits for 23 against Pacers
Allen accumulated 23 points (8-12 FG, 7-8 FT), nine rebounds, one assist, one block and one steal across 34 minutes during Monday's 108-103 victory over Indiana. The 25-year-old center topped 20 points for the first time in five games while barely missing his 34th double-double of the season. Allen has stepped up a bit in March while Donovan Mitchell (nose) has had trouble staying on the court, and over his last 10 games, the big man is averaging 17.9 points, 11.6 boards, 2.3 assists and 1.4 blocks while shooting 56.0 percent from the floor.... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: New career high in double-doubles
Allen accumulated 17 points (8-13 FG, 1-2 FT), 10 rebounds, one assist and two blocks across 32 minutes during Wednesday's 116-95 victory over the Pelicans. The double-double was the 33rd of the season for Allen, a new career high, and his fifth in the last six games. The 25-year-old center is averaging 19.8 points, 13.0 boards, 2.3 assists and 1.3 blocks over that stretch while shooting 57.1 percent from the floor, but with Donovan Mitchell now back in the lineup, Allen likely won't need to carry as much of the scoring load for the Cavs.... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Career-best 33 points in OT win
Allen produced 33 points (9-19 FG, 15-21 FT), 18 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and two steals across 46 minutes during Friday's 113-104 overtime victory over the Timberwolves. The 25-year-old center set a new career scoring high, including a career-best 15 made free throws, and Allen carried Cleveland across the finish line by scoring 10 of his points in OT after Rudy Gobert had fouled out for Minnesota. Allen has reeled off three straight double-doubles, giving him 31 on the season -- one short of tying his career high. In 10 games since the All-Star break, he's averaging 19.3 points, 11.5 boards, 2.6 assists and 1.1 blocks while shooting 55.7 percent from the floor.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Monster double-double in loss
Allen supplied 18 points (7-11 FG, 4-5 FT), 19 rebounds, three assists and one block across 37 minutes during Wednesday's 112-101 loss to the Hawks. Allen had tons of space in the paint since Evan Mobley (ankle) was sidelined, and that reflected immediately in his rebounding numbers, as the 19 boards represented his second-highest mark of the campaign. Allen has been playing well of late, and even though he only has four double-doubles over his last nine games since the end of the All-Star break, he's still averaging a decent 17.8 points with 10.8 rebounds per contest in that stretch.... Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Double-double in Tuesday's win
Allen notched 21 points (9-16 FG, 3-3 FT), 12 rebounds, two assists and one block across 35 minutes during Tuesday's 105-104 victory over Boston. It's Allen's seventh double-double in the last 12 games and 29th of the season, leaving him just three short of tying his career high. Over that 12-game stretch, the 25-year-old center is averaging 17.3 points, 10.3 boards, 2.5 assists and 1.1 blocks while shooting 59.6 percent from the floor. With Evan Mobley (ankle) potentially facing an extended absence, Allen's usage in the Cavs' frontcourt could get boosted even further.... See More ... See Less -
Cavaliers' Jarrett Allen: Flirts with triple-double
Allen produced 18 points (8-13 FG, 2-4 FT), seven rebounds, six assists, one block and one steal across 36 minutes during Sunday's 107-98 loss to the Knicks. Allen is an underrated playmaker, and his passing ability was on full display Sunday. For the 10th time in his career, he registered at least six assists. Allen was coming off a couple of quiet performances against the Pistons and Bulls, so his fantasy managers will be relieved to see him get back on track.... See More ... See Less
