Lions linebacker DeAndre Levy (hip) has officially been ruled out for Monday's game in Seattle, DetroitLions.com's Tim Twentyman reports.

Levy returned to limited practices this week, after missing more than a month of practice. He was originally listed as doubtful for Monday's game, and he may be back for Week 5 against the Cardinals. The Detroit defense badly needs him, having allowed 83 points and 8.7 yards per pass attempt through three games.
