Packers' Tarvarius Moore: Agrees to terms with Green Bay
Moore agreed to terms with the Packers on Friday.
Moore will head to Green Bay after spending the first four seasons of his career with the 49ers. The 2018 third-round pick is coming off the worst season of his career in 2022, playing only 39 defensive snaps. It remains to be seen whether Moore will garner a starting job with the Packers, but if he fails to do so, he can still add value as a depth player and on special teams.

Moore (knee) will likely miss a "few" weeks, according to coach Kyle Shanahan, Matt Barrows of The Athletic reports.
Moore has primarily played on special teams this season, so his absence is unlikely to impact the team's secondary. Given the potentially return timeline provided by Shanahan, it is unlikely Moore will play Sunday against Tampa Bay, and he'd likely be hard-pressed to return for a Week 15 matchup against the Seahawks just four days later. That would leave Moore likely to return Week 16 against the Commanders.

Moore (hamstring) did not appear on the 49ers' final injury report and will play Sunday versus the Falcons, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
Moore will be back on the field in Week 6 after missing two games with a strained hamstring. The safety has made two tackles while operating almost exclusively as a special-teams option over three games this year.

49ers' Tarvarius Moore: Expected to be ready by Week 1
Moore (Achilles) is expected to be a key piece of the 49ers' safety group during the 2022 campaign, Kyle Madson of USA Today reports.
Moore was placed on the reserve/PUP list in September last year after suffering a torn Achilles during a June practice and ultimately missed the entire 2021 season. However, after a year of rehab, the 2018 third-round pick appears to be healthy and ready to carve out a major role in San Fransisco's secondary.

Moore has been on the PUP list all season after suffering a torn Achilles in June during practice. It was reported on Nov. 8 that he had a small chance to return in 2021, but this latest update leaves little reason for optimism. The third-year safety will look to come back in 2022 at full health.
