Blackhawks' Kevin Korchinski: One assist in loss
Korchinski recorded an assist and one shot on goal in Thursday's 5-1 loss to Detroit.
The 19-year-old has had a solid year for the Blackhawks thus far. In his past 12 games, Korchinski has four points (two goals and two assists) and 13 shots on goal. His defensive play has also been noticeable as he has 10 blocked shots over that span. The youngster has averaged 18:58 of ice time this year and has earned himself a spot on the second power-play unit.

Blackhawks' Kevin Korchinski: Registers helper
Korchinski notched an assist, three shots on goal and a minus-2 rating in Monday's 8-1 loss to the Coyotes.
Korchinski has finished with a minus rating in seven of nine contests this season, but he remains on the top defensive pairing. He set up fellow rookie Connor Bedard for a first-minute tally which was all the Blackhawks could muster Monday. Korchinski has three helpers, nine shots on net, 14 blocked shots and a minus-8 rating, but it appears likely he'll remain in the NHL for the duration of the 2023-24 campaign.

Blackhawks' Kevin Korchinski: Posts power-play assist
Korchinski registered a power-play assist and three shots on goal in Monday's 4-1 win over the Maple Leafs.
Korchinski helped out on a Tyler Johnson tally in the second period. The assist was Korchinski's first NHL point, coming in his fourth appearance. He's seen top-four minutes to begin the campaign, and the rookie blueliner has managed 10 blocked shots, four shots on goal and a minus-3 rating in that role.
