  • Panthers' Jordan Fuller: Coming to Carolina

The Panthers signed Fuller (ankle) on Friday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Fuller was forced to miss the Rams' wild-card loss to the Lions due to an ankle injury, but it now seems as if he's moved past the issue. After spending the first four seasons of his career in Los Angeles, the Ohio State product will look to build on a productive 2023 campaign during which he recorded 84 total tackles, three forced fumbles and eight passes defended, including three interceptions, across 17 games. The 26-year-old safety is expected to help fortify a Panthers' defense that already ranked third in passing yards allowed per game (171.5) in 2023.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Performs well in contract year

Fuller (ankle) ended the 2023 regular season with 94 tackles (61 solo), eight passes defended, three interceptions and three forced fumbles over 17 games played.

A year removed from a hamstring injury that cost him all but three games of the 2022 campaign, Fuller returned and logged 1,007 snaps on defense, while proving to be a disruptive force at safety with career highs in forced fumbles and passes defended. Fuller will be an unrestricted free agent heading into the offseason and will likely draw plenty of interest if he doesn't return to the Rams.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Won't play wild-card game

Fuller (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's wild-card game against the Lions, Stu Jackson of the Rams' official site reports.

Fuller was unable to participate in practice all week, and despite being given the questionable tag Friday, he will stay on the sidelines Sunday. In his absence, Russ Yeast is likely to slot into the starting strong safety spot alongside free safety Quentin Lake.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Could play in wild-card game

Fuller (ankle) is listed as questionable ahead of Sunday's contest against the Lions, Adam Grosbard of The Orange County Register reports.

Fuller exited the Rams' Week 18 win over the 49ers with an ankle issue, and even after a week of no practice participation, he's got a shot to suit up Sunday. Head coach Sean McVay told reporters Friday that Fuller is a true game-time decision, and the team will continue to rest him until Sunday, per Greg Beacham of the Associated Press. If Fuller is unable to suit up for the wild-card contest, expect Russ Yeast to see increased time in Los Angeles' secondary.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Misses practice

Fuller (ankle) did not participate in practice Wednesday, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Rams coach Sean McVay said Fuller is day to day, per Rodrigue. The starting safety played a season-low 12 snaps in Week 18 against the 49ers, but his day-to-day status seems to give him a chance to suit up in Sunday's wild card matchup with the Lions.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Likely dealing with minor injury

Fuller is considered day-to-day, according to head coach Sean McVay, after suffering an ankle injury in Sunday's win over the 49ers, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Fuller missed the majority of the contest, playing just 12 snaps on defense before exiting. Considering his day-to-day status, it's likely the Ohio State product will be available for Sunday's wild-card game against the Lions. However, if he's unable to suit up, the Rams will likely need to lean on Russ Yeast at strong safety.

Fuller (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's game against the 49ers, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Fuller sustained the ankle injury on the first 49ers' drive of the game. Russ Yeast and John Johnson will see more snaps at safety alongside Quentin Lake for as long as Fuller remains on the sidelines.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Ready to go for Week 18

Fuller (ankle) was a full participant at the Rams' practice Thursday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Fuller opened the week as a limited participant Wednesday, quickly working up to a full session Thursday. If the team doesn't decide to rest him in the regular-season finale Sunday versus the 49ers, Fuller appears to be all set to start in his typical role at strong safety in Week 18.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Limited to begin Week 18 prep

Fuller (ankle) was a limited participant in practice Wednesday, Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports.

Fuller sprained his ankle during Sunday's Week 17 win over the Giants but was still able to play 100 percent of the Rams' defensive snaps and finish with eight tackles and an interception. The safety's ability to practice, albeit in limited fashion, Wednesday suggests that the injury isn't major. That said, head coach Sean McVay has indicated that Los Angeles will rest multiple starters in Sunday's regular-season finale against the 49ers, so there's a chance Fuller won't suit up even if he's healthy enough to do so.

  • Rams' Jordan Fuller: Sprains ankle in Week 17

Fuller sustained a sprained ankle in Sunday's 26-25 win over the Giants, Greg Beacham of the Associated Press reports.

Beacham notes that the Rams will evaluate Fuller throughout the week and adds that the team has not decided whether to play starters in Week 18 against the 49ers. If Fuller doesn't play in the Rams' regular-season finale, Russ Yeast would likely fill in as the starting free safety.
