Buccaneers' YaYa Diaby: Gets two sacks Sunday
Diaby recorded four tackles (four solo) including two sacks in Sunday's 27-14 loss at San Francisco.
Diaby registered in the sack column for the second straight game and for the third time in the last four weeks in Week 11, an impressive stretch for a rookie. While he's certainly putting his name on the map as of late, he doesn't see consistent enough playing time to warrant IDP consideration in most formats.

Buccaneers' YaYa Diaby: In action following brief absence
Diaby, a rookie third-round pick who's impressed throughout training camp, returned to padded on-field work this week after missing some time with an undisclosed injury, Brianna Dix of the team's official site reports.
Diaby missed multiple practices leading up to the Buccaneers' second preseason game against the Jets last Saturday before also sitting out that contest. However, the Louisville product appears to be back to full health and continues to impress with a versatility that's seen him make multiple pass breakups, record several would-be sacks and make a nifty diving interception during 11-on-11 work throughout camp.

Buccaneers' YaYa Diaby: Making waves in camp
Diaby, a rookie third-round pick, has shown an impressive blend of speed and power thus far in training camp, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.
Diaby enters Friday night's preseason opener against the Steelers looking to make a case for the fourth outside linebacker job, and the Louisville product has already laid a solid foundation with his work over the first two weeks of camp. Head coach Todd Bowles has preemptively identified the linebacker position as a whole as the one likely to lead to the toughest cutdown decisions for him and his staff in a few weeks. Diaby, who racked up 14 tackles for loss, including nine sacks, as a senior in 2022, boasts the pass-rushing profile that's integral to the outside linebacker position in Bowles' scheme.

Buccaneers' YaYa Diaby: Selected by Bucs in third round
The Buccaneers selected Diaby in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft, 82nd overall.
Diaby is immensely athletic at 6-foot-3, 261 pounds, boasting not just a sturdy frame on the edge but plus reach (33 and 7/8-inch arms) and blazing speed (4.51-second 40) as well. The one question with Diaby is his skill set because he didn't produce until the 2022 season at Louisville, when he was already 23 years old.
