Bell was mostly a special-teams contributor but needed more on the defense after Grant Delpit (groin) was unavailable from Week 15 on through the playoffs. Bell (concussion) has been ruled out for the Browns' Week 11 matchup with the Bills, Scott Petrak of the Elyria Chronicle-Telegram reports. Bell suffered a concussion in Week 10 versus the Dolphins and will be forced to miss at least one contest while recovering. Bell (concussion) won't return for the remainder of Sunday's game against the Dolphins, Anthony Poisal of the Browns' official site reports. Bell departed Sunday's contest versus the Dolphins due to concussion symptoms, and he ultimately won't return for the rest of the afternoon as a result.
