Wynn (quadriceps) agreed to re-sign with the Dolphins via a one-year deal Monday, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports. Wynn inked with Miami as a free agent last offseason, and he won the team's starting left guard job before going down with a quad injury Week 7. With standout right guard Robert Hunt having signed a massive deal with Carolina, bringing back Wynn, who is presumably now healthy, gives the Dolphins some consistency between oft-injured left tackle Terron Armstead and new center Aaron Brewer. Wynn struggled as a run blocker last season, but if he can improve in that respect and stay on the field, he could earn more than a prove-it deal for 2025.... See More ... See Less

Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Headed to IR
Miami placed Wynn (quadriceps) on its injured reserve list Tuesday. The quadriceps injury Wynn sustained Sunday at Philadelphia is apparently serious enough that it will keep him sidelined for at least the next four weeks. In his absence, Lester Cotton could step into a starting role on the Dolphins' offensive line.... See More ... See Less -
Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Done for night
Wynn (quadriceps) has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday Night Football versus Philadelphia, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports. Wynn suffered a quad injury in the first half and he's now officially done for the night. Lester Cotton will remain the team's left guard for the rest of the game.... See More ... See Less -
Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Exits with quad injury
Wynn (quadriceps) is questionable to return to Sunday's contest with the Eagles. Wynn suffered a quadriceps injury in the first quarter and he was forced to exit the game. Lester Cotton replaced him at left guard.... See More ... See Less -
Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Back in action
Wynn (undisclosed) was activated from the active/PUP list Sunday. Wynn started camp on the PUP list, so he should be able to see his first work on the field Sunday. He'll be working to unseat Austin Jackson for starting right tackle duties, or at minimum serve as a top reserve option behind Jackson and Terron Armstead.... See More ... See Less -
Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Moved to PUP list
Wynn (undisclosed) was placed on the active/PUP list Tuesday. Wynn will be inactive to open camp as he continues to nurse an undisclosed injury, though he is eligible to return to practice and play at any point this preseason. Once healthy, the 27-year-old is expected to operate as a top reserve option at offensive tackle behind Terron Armstead (hip) and Austin Jackson this season.... See More ... See Less -
Dolphins' Isaiah Wynn: Willing to be versatile
Wynn (foot) says he's prepared to play any position the Dolphins need him to, Marcel Louis-Jacques of ESPN.com reports. Wynn linked up with Miami on a one-year contract with the expectations he'd provide depth to the team's offensive line, if not unseat Austin Jackson for starting right tackle duties. Wynn mostly played left tackle during his four healthy years with the Patriots, although he also spent time at right tackle in 2022.... See More ... See Less

Joe Schad@schadjoe1H agoDolphins OT Patrick Paul has arms that "fill the hallway" according to GM Chris Grier and coach Mike McDaniel. They appear to be 36 1/4 inches, which is very long. Perhaps the longest in the tackle class.

Dave Hyde@davehydesports1H agoMy questions aren't if the Dolphins picked players who will have good careers. It's the timeline. They need immediate help for their window to win and took an edge rusher who, by all reviews, is a third-down-only guy and run liability and now an offensive tackle who isn't…
