The 25-year-old is well-traveled in his career thus far, seeing action with the Dolphins, Vikings, Panthers and Patriots while also having a short stay with the Cardinals. Hayes' journeryman NFL career continues, as Detroit will be the sixth team he has played for as he enters his fourth season. Jaguars' Tae Hayes: Promoted from practice squad
Hayes was promoted from the Jaguars' practice squad to the 53-man roster Tuesday, John Oehser of the Jaguars' official site reports. The 22-year-old joined the Jaguars as an undrafted free agent in April but was unable to earn a spot on the season-opening roster and has since been on the practice squad.
